The owner himself came to do the measurements. He impressed me as having both honesty and integrity with regard to representing his company and products. As it turned, out I was right.When he came to do the measurements, I had just ordered hurricane windows. He advised me to contact him again once the windows were installed. He did not ask me to commit to any contracts. Once the windows were insalled (10 months later yikes! ), I contacted Keith again and he returned to measure. He showed me all his products and carefully explained the pros and cons of each. He even pointed out a few flaws in my thinking that would have resulted in problems such as inside the frame shades that would have hit the door handle and the trim molding. He was always available for a call or text when I had questionsI opted for USA made faux wood and I have no regrets. They look just like real wood and have solid engineering/construction. The installer arrived at my home on time and in 3 hours the job was done to my complete satisfaction. He probably inspected each treatment 5 times testing the fit and finish.As always, you should interview several contractors before making a final decision.
