GREAT SERVICE! My car keys slipped through into the trunk of my car as I was closing it. I called the Sheriff's Department, who gave me their number and other alternatives and told me how much it was going to cost. Now, here's why Benson's the absolute BEST: 1) Everyone was busy, but Benson's told me they were gonna send someone. 2) They told me they would arrive in 20 minutes but I told them that I was in a hurry for work and they told me they were going to get to me as fast as possible. Well, they arrived in 10 minutes and solved the problem in 1 minute. "I know you're worried about arriving late for work" was the first thing the guy said upon seeing me. They were extremely helpful. Office personnel passed on message and Cody returned my call asap. When my issue couldn't be resolved over the phone I drove to his shop and was able to open my safe in minutes. Thanks again...?
