“My not water heater, after 18 years, decided to start leaking. Meeks came out as soon as possible to look at it and provide a quote for a new hot water heater. They replaced it, but there was a leak in the 3rd-party water heater. Meeks notified the 3rd-party supplier of the faulty replacement and came back as soon as possible to replace the hot water heater again. They also checked other possible reasons for water accumulation and installed a new overflow valve. They were responsive and provided excellent customer service. The faulty replacement was not the fault of Meeks. Though rare, every once in a while, a new unit will have an issue. I just happened to be the lucky one.“

“Ricky and his plumbing compatriot Allen were fantastic. We had a clogged toilet and a septic system we hadn't checked out since we bought the place a couple years back. Ricky took care of the pump and general inspection of the septic and at $300, can't beat it (at least to the 700+ it would be out here in California). The toilet clog was unrelated to the septic and the next day Allen took care of that for a sensible $175 snake. Regardless of price we were very happy with the availability and communication.“
