Came here for a lash refill. My lash artist, Rui, walked me through the different styles, lash extension materials and even tested the glue on my skin prior to the service. I chose a classic doll lash style with a C-curl.
The entire service was very relaxing (I even fell asleep haha). Rui has a gentle touch and did a great job. My extensions look and feel great. I didn’t experience any burning or pokes during or after my service. Definitely come for a service if you’re in the neighborhood!

This review is long overdue, but I couldn't go without sharing how wonderful my experience was with Ronika! She did an absolutely beautiful job on my hair color. I'm still in love with how it turned out, but what really stood out was how kind, friendly, and accommodating she was throughout my entire appointment. I was pregnant at the time and not feeling my best, but knew getting my hair done would give me the feel good boost I needed. Ronika went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. She offered me breaks whenever I needed them, made sure the chair was comfortable, and even checked if the smell of the shampoo and conditioner would be okay for my extra-sensitive pregnancy nose (a small detail, but it meant so much!). She was chatty and warm, which made the time fly by, and her attention to my needs made me feel genuinely cared for. It's not easy to find someone who's both incredibly skilled and genuinely thoughtful, especially when you're navigating pregnancy symptoms. So thank you to all who wrote their experiences because I too was very happy with Marina! She COMPLETELY understood what type of haircut I wanted, and delivered!! I’m pretty picky with how my hair is blown out and for the first time in years, I didn’t have to go home and redo my hair!! She also gave me excellent advice on hair products without trying to sell me anything! I WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK when I come out here to visit!

Very cute salon in Pasadena! They also provided robes so your clothes doesn't get stained. Booked an appointment for cut & color a few months in advance. For consultation, I met Isabel and she provided a breakdown of the services. My hair stylist was Chelsea and she did an amazing job. I brought my extensions as an example for my hair to match and she nailed it! Gerri provided thorough parking instructions and it was convenient. I scheduled a consultation for JoAnn, my mother-in-law, with Matt in hopes of purchasing a full-coverage wig. Matt greeted us warmly. When Joann realized why she was there , she became very resistant. Matt was very kind and patient, finally convincing her to allow him to show her how to wear one. He selected a cute bob style that was very flattering. She tried on two wigs that looked good, but told us that she needed time to consider everything. Matt said he understood her concerns and hoped she would return. We thanked Matt for his time and expertise. This is hands down the best barbershop in Los Angeles and Pasadena. I've been coming here since they first opened, and I've been getting my hair cut by Shane for years, even before that. Both Shane and Roxy are incredibly talented and genuinely great people. They always do amazing work.

Donna is THE BEST barber! She is the only one to have figured out my cowlicks and to blend well such that my hair still looks good after growing out for a few weeks. She is also a wonderful person, kind and caring. I am always amazed with the haircut, happy to chat with Donna, and comforted by a relaxing shampoo and scalp massage. Perfect!

Academy is a great barber shop. Since Ray passed away a few years ago,Inez (who worked with Ray for 8 years) now the owner and stylist, is an artist, a Rembrandt of hair.She can do any style, male or female, and do it quickly. The vibe is laid back and the price is right. One caveat though if you want a buzz cut, or a sloppy stupid look, you should probably go somewhere else and not waste her time. But if you want to look your best, this is the place for you.

Alexx is a talented barber. He isn't just a barber though- he can help you to style your hair. Knows what works and what doesn't. He can also give you whatever cut you show him from a photo. He just knows hair and barbering and styling and he gives the impression that he wants to give you exactly what you want. He's great.

I’ve been going to Ivan off and on for the past few years (whenever possible, I move around quite a bit), and he’s the best barber I’ve come across in my life. He’s great with scissors and takes time to listen to my requests and gives input as needed to make sure I’m happy with my cut, which I always am. The ambiance and decor of his space is also top-class. It’s so peaceful in there that I have to fight the urge to fall asleep sometimes, and when I come out it’s like exiting a spa. It’s an all around great experience, every time.

I love this tanning salon ? the owner is so nice and it’s very reasonably priced. It’s a convenient location and there’s always parking. I recommend doing the super beds for time efficiency and a really pretty tan. I started coming during the winter to get ready for my wedding in early spring and the tan looked so great for my photos. I’m getting ready for my honeymoon now, but I want to keep coming back because I love it so much.

A small boutique that's clean, friendly, and professional. My nail tech Angy is amazing and I highly recommend her for gel removal and design. She is incredibly detail oriented and honestly one of the few I trust with my nails. I have had bad experiences at other salons that damaged my nails from removals but Angy was so gentle and careful. I didn't feel any discomfort and she checked in every once in a while to make sure I was good and comfortable. The gel quality is something else because it's been four weeks and it looks the exact same minus the nail growth. Absolutely fell in love with this design and quality. I'll definitely be coming back.
Have been coming here for 5years since moving into the neighborhood. Dian and her loyal staff have always been kind, diligent in their work and reasonably priced. They’ve seen me through marriage, a pregnancy and are always so comforting and warm. If you like fancy shmancy salons this is not your place. They keep it simple and to be honest i appreciate that. I enjoy the peace and quiet and quality time i get to spend alone and away from my home.

A little GEM that I have been searching for for over a decade!! All other nail salons in the San Gabriel Valley/Pasadena area noisy, unprofessional, dirty, and the technicians are abrasive. There is no sense of calmness or relaxation that one expects when having your nails done. Polished Nails is quaint, super clean, charming and it has a pleasant atmosphere. Karen does my nails and like never before, they are strong and healthy because of the care and products she uses. Attention to detail is a non-negotiable, she is so knowledgeable and takes her time. I finally have found my little piece of “nail” heaven.

I did my mani+pedi for the third time in my life. The last time (second time) was 5 years ago and there’s a reason why i haven’t been getting nails done for a long time. But!! This was my best experience!! I really liked the nails+pedi service from Lbeauty. I followed by friend who wanted to get her nails done and we both really liked the result.

I recently visited Nail Studio at 2482 E Colorado Blvd, Pasadena, CA, and had a mixed experience. The salon is clean, and the staff is generally friendly, with some standout technicians. Fifi did my manicure, and her skill was impressive—she nailed a floral design I showed her from Pinterest, and the result was quick and precise. The pricing felt reasonable for the quality of the nail work, and the overall vibe of the place was pleasant.
I have been going to Dawn over 20 years. I hate when I have to go somewhere else, because I have never had another manicurist do as good a job. I love my pedicure and gel manicures.
In the Electric Car charging area next to Holiday Inn. Very kind staff - pre-booked an appt at 6pm for mani/pedi... charged me $55 for what most charge for one or the other! Can't get gel or other be cause my nails are too thin. B+ rating!!

After a trip to a salon and some chronic nail biting left my nails super brittle and short I booked an appointment for Nail Rehab to get my nail growth back on track and develop strong natural nails. She is really a miracle worker! I left with my nails feeling stronger than ever and I felt so pampered by her homemade scrubs, lotions, and serums. She is the kind of nail artist that puts the quality and health of your nails over everything. I can tell how meticulous and thoughtful she is as she works on my nails. After just a couple of weeks, my nails are already feeling stronger thanks to her service and nail oil. OMG the best nail salon I've ever been to! Gina and Joyce are both wonderful. This cozy salon is tucked into a charming shopping area where you can forget the chaos of the world and get on with the glorious pampering. This is the opposite of the ubiquitous mani pedi assembly line salons on every block. You will feel like the only client in the world. I got a sorely needed mani pedi and went with Dazzle Dry polish which is non toxic and lasts soooooo long. Worth every penny. Thanks for a lovely afternoon gals!!

My friend follows Crystal on social media and sent me her page. She was booked up but I still wanted a manicure desperately before I go on a mini birthday get away. I had no idea what I wanted. My OG nail girl always picked for me and always slayed.

Rachel has guided me throughout my hair journey. She always delivers on the color/style that I want without compromising the health of my hair. I get sugaring services for I believe 2 years now. I just started trying Pasadena location from my usual Silverlake option and got Denise and this was my 1st ever, most thorough, and most experienced person I have gotten to date. She got everything and is passionate on providing her best skills you can just tell. It's refreshing to see an employee who actually cares to deliver the best they can be. Ask for Denise and thank me later.
Relaxing and private environment. There aren't any other distractions so you are Christina's focus. She took the time to explain the issues of my current brows and what she was doing to try to fix them/shape them. The end result was amazing and exceeded my expectations by far. I've had my brows done once before and it wasn't a good experience. I'll be going to Christina from now on!
Tecumsah was amazing, I called her for a very last minute wash and dry last week and she was so kind enough to work me into her schedule. It did require going to a different location than the salon but that didn't matter because she did a wonderful job with my hair and even styled it up for me. Also my hair felt amazing afterwards even after a second wash!
Jesus is excellent. I took my teen in to get his shaggy overgrown hair into a new shape/look. Jesus was patient, really listened to what my son was hoping for and absolutely delivered. He is a very skilled barber & stylist, pays attention to his clients needs and is a very kind person to boot. Super impressed and so thankful to have Jesus and Inova Salon in our neighborhood. Kohnur was great, I have never felt more beautiful than I did on my wedding day. The stylists and artists were lovely and professional. We were ahead of schedule all day and they really listened to all the girls. It was a hot and sweaty day and my makeup and hair didn’t budge! Highly recommend

I've been here 3 times now and each time I'm pretty satisfied with the service. I think there are distinct pros and cons for all their nail techs that did my nail but in general, I think this is a reliable spot. I do want to note that it is on the pricier side but I never leave the place hating my nails. 1st visit (GelX Purple French tip w/ extra white line) - Forgot to ask for Nail Tech's name - Cost: ~ $120 (I don't remember the exact amount) - This was probably the BEST nail set I've ever had. I opted for GelX because my nails, at the time, were very brittle and short. The nail tech did an amazing job as this set lasted more than a month and still looks really good. The application was so detailed that everything stayed in tack with no chipping even after 2 months later (although at this point they were very grown out. I just didn't have time to take them off while traveling). I really wish I got her name (I'm hoping they see this so they can let me know their name and I can book them again). Every french tip double line was hand drawn. The only down side to this set was that it took 4 hours because she was so detailed on the prep for the Gel X. 2nd visit (GelX French tip with pink/ red hearts) - Nail Tech: Elena - Cost: $130 + tip - My experience with Elena is also so good. She was more talkative and would even ask me which korean drama I wanted to watch in case I got bored. I think her prep was not as good as the first tech, but the nails also lasted a reasonable amount of time. I also loved how knowledgeable she was about nails and was able to advise me to make the best choice when choosing Gelx/hard gel/ soft gel for my next visit. 3rd visit (Regular Gel Neutral nail + 2 finger w/ glitter) - Nail Tech: Leah - Cost: $60 + tip - I called the day of and Leah was able to squeeze me in last minute. I think the way she shapes my nail is perfect and makes my nails look so flattering. I do want to note that I also don't think she is great at design. She's not as talkative (which I don't mind at all) but there are sometimes when I have a hard time understanding what she is asking. I originally called asking for a gel only manicure but when I arrived, I did ask if she was able to do a simple design. She initially said no, (which I was okay with) but towards the end she attempted to do this simple zigzag design on my index finger. After a couple of tries she let me know she couldn't do it. I would have been find with having no design but the only thing is, she already painted a "design" with glitter on my ring finger so I had to commit to something on the index finger or else it would look odd. I kind of just let it go and ended up having glitter on 2 fingers. I kind of wish she just said she couldn't do it from the beginning. She was talking to the other tech in Chinese saying "The customer thinks the design is simple, but it's hard. They don't understand. I just told her we don't have this glitter". Lastly, I think she also had a bit of a heavy hand. During nail prep, she is a bit more rough. The side of my nails do feel a bit inflamed, not enough where I got cut, but enough for you to kind of see it being red on camera. The service was also on the faster side. This whole set took about an hr.
I get my regular facials done by Mariam and she is absolutely amazing. She always takes her time to address my skin concerns and provides helpful aftercare tips. Today, I had my very first Hydrafacial with her and I highly recommend it! After cleansing and exfoliating, she used the Hydrafacial wand for extractions, which was so much more comfortable than traditional manual extractions.
My main concerns were dryness and uneven texture so she customized the treatment with booster serums that gave my skin dewy, glass-like glow. I love the instant radiance and smoother texture I got from just one session. Can’t wait for my next appointment!

Jayla and Jules were beyond kind and welcoming from the moment I booked my appointment. The spot is so cute!! They were very thorough - explaining everything before we started and as we went along. I always ask lots of questions about skin care while I get facials and Jayla was so kind and thorough in her answers. If you desire to have products recommended to you, they carry the best of the best and are not pushy at all for you to buy (which I feel like is rare!). They want you to feel educated on YOUR skin and what will work best for you. I truly can't recommend this spot enough - I will definitely be back!!

Electrolysis can be somewhat painful but it was less painful than I had remembered from my previous experience. She was very quick and professional. Her small studio is cozy and pleasant.

Okay so I recently tried a teeth whitening service with Relash and wanted to share my experience. I have pretty sensitive teeth, so I was a bit nervous going in. I’ll be honest—the process wasn’t painful but just a lot of waiting but the results were undeniable. My teeth are 11 shades whiter, which is wild. What really helped me was how thorough and informative Layla was. Layla explained everything clearly beforehand, answered all my questions, and checked in with me throughout the session. I felt really taken care of especially adding some lip balm to keep me moisturized. If you’re looking for serious results with someone who knows their stuff, this is definitely worth considering.
I’ve been a loyal Sumi Lash Pasadena client since 2022. When my previous lash tech left, she recommended Cindy to me, and I’ve been with her ever since. Cindy takes such good care of my lashes and always gives honest advice about what works best for me. My lashes last a long time, but I still love coming in every 2 to 3 weeks for a touch-up.

Came here for a lash refill. My lash artist, Rui, walked me through the different styles, lash extension materials and even tested the glue on my skin prior to the service. I chose a classic doll lash style with a C-curl.
The entire service was very relaxing (I even fell asleep haha). Rui has a gentle touch and did a great job. My extensions look and feel great. I didn’t experience any burning or pokes during or after my service. Definitely come for a service if you’re in the neighborhood!

King Rooter & Hydrojet just finished a big project at my house where they had to reroute the plumbing from under my slab due to broken/deteriorated pipes. Mel and his team did a fantastic job and had it done in one day! Mel figured out a way to do the job without having to tear out our plants, or cutting the sidewalk and without having to jackhammer up the garage floor! They also added two additional clean-outs for the kitchen and laundry in the garage. I would very highly recommend King Rooter & Hydrojet for all of your sewer problems. Real professionals that know what they are doing!

New Image Plumbing, thank you very much to Mathew & Pierre for saving our restaurant on a busy Sunday!After loosing hot water to our building we tried calling 4 different companies and most replied back with not being open on a Sunday and 1 company was a no-show. Our last lucky call to New Image Plumbing and the fast response from their team we got lucky. They sent us a service technician in less than 1 hour along with a manager. The repairs got completed in less then 30 mins and the cost was much less then we expected for a commercial business. The upstairs shower in our condo blew an interior wall washer in the middle of the night (Saturday on a holiday weekend, of course) and I ended up having to shut down the water main and water heater in my PJs to keep from destroying the house. First thing Sunday morning I called F&M and spoke w their on-call service who then called Mike. I figured I was going to have to have the tile walls torn into and a major repair nightmare was imminent. F&M technician Santiago called me right back and was at my house within 30 minutes. After a very brief evaluation not only did Santiago assure me the fix was was relatively minor one, he had all the parts needed for the repair on his truck. From the time he came to the door until I was writing a check was 45 minutes, tops. I am extremely happy with the level of professionalism and service this company provided and will recommend them to anyone in the Pasadena SGV area. Oustanding in every way!

Our project with Hillside contained the following three jobs:
1. Rewiring the whole house
2. Replacing the old electrical panel
3. Replacing the old water tank with a new tankless gas heater
They have done a fantastic job in a professional manner. I can’t praise enough for the project manager, Carlos. He went through great details during the estimate process. He promised to install a smart light switch for the living room. They ended up installing eight of those gadgets. We love them. Carlos was always accommodating to other groups of workers who were doing remodeling work for the house at the same time. Whenever there were questions or problems, he would take care of them promptly.
Hillside not only has great managers working with the customers. They also have excellent engineers and technicians. Santino is a great engineer who can fix our problems in a snap.
All in all, I highly recommend Hillside to do any electrical work.

I do not know if you have ever been in need of an electrician. Well I did, And I thought to myself where can I find a licensed certified electrician? So, I google and Angi came up- right away I remembered all those commercials I had seen. Reliable locals. So I used Angi and in a matter of seconds I had 4 replies. I called the 1st one that responded; It was Mike's Electric Company. A personal touch with a quick response goes a long way. I was text back with call anytime to discuss your Electric needs. So, I text and told of my needs for outside lights. He came out in a day or so listen carefully to what I wanted or was trying to achieve with the type or style of lights. He helped to make it happen with his expert knowledge and choice of lights I needed. I liked the way he listen to my choices and my budget. He took both into consideration and suggested exactly what would do to complete the job.

Repairbest is a wonderful appliance service. I have been with them for 5 years since 2021. Michael the owner is super nice, trustworthy and honest about the cost of repairs. Michael is candid about the repairs. This means if the appliance is worth fixing, then he will repair it. If not he will tell you the honest truth about your appliance that being repairable. Additionally, he is prompt and notifies you when he’s on his way.
When I need an appliance repair, I call him first before purchasing a new appliance. He has worked on my Mom’s refrigerator which will last for another 15-20 years and her Kitchen Aid dishwasher dishwasher which required a dispenser repair because I turned the knob the wrong way. Michael looked at my washing machine of 28 years and stated that he couldn’t fix it and today he fixed my 17 year old GE Profile refrigerator which will last another 10-15 years. I have never called him back after he repaired my appliances. He comes once and works his magic and my appliances are repaired. When I have another appliance that needs repair, I call RepairBest.

These gentlemen are fantastic. The one and only key I had for my 40-year-old car broke, nobody else could repair or duplicate it, and it was looking like I’d need to pay $3k to have the ignition replaced. I brought the broken key to Good Lock & Key and they hunted through a vast inventory of keys to find the right one. Very grateful for them, highly recommend!

I have been here twice in the last 6 months and both times I was happy with the outcome. The first time I needed help getting into a safe that we lost the key to and the second time was today and I needed to have a spare key made for a Tundra which needs a special key with a chip. We hired Handyman Connection of Pasadena to help us transition our home to a rental because they were one of the few in the area that is fully insured and provided a reasonable estimate. Reinaldo was the lead person and he demonstrated a high level of skill and knowledge to repair and/or give us advice about windows, blinds, plumbing, flooring, painting and other things as they arose. We appreciate that he did his best to keep us within the original estimate and explained when we needed to upgrade certain aspects. He has good attention to detail, business manners, cleaned up after his projects and collaborated with us until we were finished. We intend to work with their team on some longer-term projects.
SN Design Remodeling INC has been a big help in building my dream home. The kitchen is awesome and it's so convenient that they have all of their workers on the same page to make sure everything is just the way I want it! I've had other kitchen remodeling contractors who couldn't operate like that and would always mess up my plans. I don't know what I would do without S N Design Remodeling Inc. team!
I left a message for Greg and he immediately got back to me. During our home inspection, the inspector noticed some cracks in the foundation of the crawl space as well as some cracks on the fireplace. I sent him the report along with the photos and he assured me that this was very common and nothing to be alarmed about. I very much appreciate that he didn't try to scare me into making immediate and unnecessary repairs. I saved his number so when the time comes, he'll be the first person I call to make the repairs!
We also had an insurance claim with First Am and they recommended backyard pool and & spa. I was immediately called to set up a service call. They came very quickly in a matter of days assessed the problem, obtained authorization for the parts, came back and replaced my broken parts. Amazing service, communication and professionalism. Rose City Construction just remodeled my kitchen which included the laundry room and back bedroom. I am so happy! The owner, Nick, is a consummate professional. My home was built in 1924, so it was important to me to work with a contractor with experience in working in older homes. From day one, Nick understood how important it was for me that the remodel match the character and architecture style of my home. He did not disappoint. In fact, Nick and his team exceeded my expectations. If you are looking for an experienced contractor, I highly recommend Rose City Construction. Nick is an excellent communicator and kept me informed every step of the way. Now that we're done, I'm thinking about my next project. I appreciate how thorough he is. In addition to the big picture, Nick is excellent at addressing little intricate details.
For my project I dealt with Eddie and the one of their main project managers Josh. From day one they made me felt comfortable and explained everything to me in detail. I've had bad experiences with contractors prior and wanted to establish timelines. Eddie gave me a bid and gave me a timeline of 2 weeks and they met it. Not only did they meet my timeline but also took responsibility in correcting any minor complaints I had. A lot of it was minor construction issues but they took the time to correct them all. Lastly, they came with the wrong color cabinets but owned up to their ordering mistake and allowed me to spray it any color of my choice to make up for it. I got communications daily form Josh to keep me in the loop on what is happening. He also broke down exactly what is happening when the team would come out, their exact focus on that day etc. They gave me a higher bid than others but I had the peace of mind that they were going to pull through and they did. If you want a group of builders who know exactly what they are doing and won't flake on you, I would go with these guys. The construction was superb, the communication was perfect, the timeline was reasonable, the trust was there, essentially one of the best experiences I've had as a customer for house work. Thank you again! I'll be a back with another project one day !
Alfred's initial quote was the most transparent and detailed of the bids that we got, and the office addition w/ bathroom project was completed on time and within budget. The crews were always polite, professional and showed up when they said they would. The permitting was handled well, the quality of the construction and building outstanding, and overall it was a pleasure dealing with Alfred and his crews throughout the process.

I hired Union Landscape to clean up my jungle of overgrown succulents in my front yard. It was a beast of a cleanup and the team arrived right on time, and did a most professional and beautiful job. We left two messages early on to get his attention for a bid, and they went unanswered. Dr. Willcox was my dentist for over thirty years. During covid my appointment was canceled and then at the end of the year of 2020 my husband and I needed to move to northern Arizona. Dr. Willcox is a thorough, honest, kind and soft spoken dentist. (And pretty much painless) He would always follow up with me after the hygienist cleaned my teeth. I miss him and his excellent staff. As yet I haven't found a dentist that measures up to him. I am still looking.

I am SO GRATEFUL to Dr. Spero and the whole team at Pasadena Smiles! I was in crisis after spending weeks trying to get the root canal I needed. Luckily, I found PS online and called, and the doctor himself answered (in the evening on a weekend!) and got me in first thing the next morning! The whole office is so helpful and eager to make things work for you, and the procedure was pain-free and stress-free. I cannot thank them enough!

At SCG I was treated for several months by Dr. Rodriguez. Dr. Rodriguez was friendly and professional during my treatment(s). He was patient in treating my pain and educated me on the process of my healing/ expected healing pathways. During sessions Dr. Rodriguez would always set aside time to ask how my pain was and to answer any questions that I had. I am very grateful to have been his patient.
Helping to work out some subtle issues that are causing big issues. Really appreciate the "nerve interference" and muscle testing approach as well as the Autonic Nervous System test, it opened my eyes to healing. So did his Kundalini class
Dr. Mike uses a very hands-on type of care for his patients. Pretty old fashioned but very effective. He will tell you to walk for 15-20 minutes directly after the treatment, which is a very effective way to get the most out of your chiropractic adjustments. He tends to talk a bit too much, and he gives a lot of nutritional advice, which I'm not sure if he is qualified to do. Nevertheless, I am grateful to have a chiropractor who goes above and beyond for each of his patients.

Dr. Olvera was very knowledgeable and caring as she helped me with a pinched nerve issue in my neck. The pain radiated to my left arm and was making it hard for me to work and even get some sleep. She treated the inflamed nerve points throughout my left arm and instructed me on exercises to increase healing time. I am now fully pain free and will highly recommend her to anybody with chiropractic and pain issues.

We started going to Nicali Sports about a year ago to treat some numbness I was experiencing. After being treated and seeing the quality of care they provided, I decided to bring my then, 12 y/o son for care. The front office staff, Andrea and Alejandra allowed me to sit in with him because he was nervous. Luckily Aaron helped with his care and explained everything that he was having done and why. My son truly enjoys going in for treatments and has a great rapport with Dr. Carrie Huang and Dr. Nino. My husband has also started seeing the Nicali team and has also had a great experience. I would definitely recommend Nicali Sports.

I was referred to Haig for his reputation as a great chiropractor, and I discovered he also has extensive knowledge of fitness and training. His approach is highly intuitive--he can pinpoint exactly where my pain originates and then teaches me how to prevent it from returning. Working with him has made me much more aware of my muscles and movement. Now, I can feel my muscles working during workouts without experiencing pain afterward. Haig is exactly who I needed to take my workouts to the next level while effectively managing pain before it becomes a bigger issue.
Dr O’Donnell is warm and thorough. She caught a skin melanoma that I didn’t know I had. The staff are great as well. I’d highly recommend the Ca Skin Institute.

Typical appointment for me. The office staff are very friendly and I was taken to the examining room after only a couple of minutes, waiting in the examining room for only 6 or 7 minutes before Dr. Pai came in. He was his usual very conscientious self with a very pleasant manner. I highly recommend Dr. Pai and his staff!
Dr Lee did the BEST suturing I have ever had. This was no small job and you can barley see a scar. SO AWESOME!!!!!

I love Dr. Zohrabian!! I have that kind of skin where I need to see her every 3 months. She has found many things that ended up being pretty serious that I didn’t even see. Other dermatologists I have had zapped me without much care so I have little scars here and there. She is so much more careful and thoughtful. Numerous times she has taken her time to answer my questions and makes sure she has answered them all. She’s quick but never in a rush if that makes sense. Her staff is amazing as well and everything is always spic n span. Her office is in an easy location with great parking. No big office building to navigate with parking garages. You drive up , park, walk in right there,I love that!
This office is amazing! The phone staff is kind and helpful. We were helped promptly in the office and Dr. Dong and her assistants were kind, and knowledgeable. I wish that it was closer (we are in Bakersfield) because your office is wonderful!
We should have left a review when we first saw Dr. Lynn a couple of years ago. We had taken our cat to his primary vet for a regular checkup when they looked into his mouth and told us that it looked like he had cracked his tooth / line of blood at gum line... but sent us home to wait for their cleaning appt / x-rays that was about 2 months away? No. I searched online until I specifically found a dentist, I found Dr. Lynn. Marlene scheduled us almost immediately. Our first meeting with Dr. Lynn, we instantly knew she was someone you could trust. She let us know immediately that our cat was not having a crisis, most likely food dye (eye roll to primary vet... never again for specialty work). Fast forward to today, we just had our second cleaning with Dr. Lynn. Our cat is a pure breed, he is very smart and very sensitive so it can be a very difficult time for all of us. But with Marlene's attention to detail and pre/post appointment reviews and check-in's, and Dr. Lynn's exceptional work (we appreciate the pre/post tooth images, thorough analysis and resulting, noticeable clean, white teeth) we just feel so good knowing our baby is in the best hands, and that we have someone we can trust long-term. Thank you Marlene and Dr. Lynn!

Very knowledgeable yet honest with her opinions and recommendations, always giving two sides of the story, so as a pet owner, I am able to make a sound decision weighing out the pros and cons. knowledge and integrity are two key factors for a good vet.
I brought my Frenchie here for his exam and last set of vaccines. He was treated with so much love. Elena and Paola in the front desk are wonderful! Elena was thorough on what my pup needed and passed along all my questions to the vet before speaking with him. I will be bringing him here for his care.

We brought our dog to Modern Animal on the recommendation of our daughter, who brings her three cats there. Although it is over an hour drive (or more - SoCal traffic), it is worth it. The staff are friendly and caring. Dr. Kang was wonderful.
This place takes forever. Expect a slow process. 2pm appointment is actually a 2:30-2:45. Overall, you’ll be there for an average of 2 hours for a check-up
I really like the staff here. They clearly care about animals. The veterinarians are attentive and take their time with their patients. I very much appreciate that I didn't feel like the doctor wasn't rushing me through to get to the next patient.

We've been bringing my doberman here since she was a puppy- she's 10 now. All of our experiences with Rose City have been comforting, informative, safe, and trusted. We've done check-ups, tests, and even surgeries- and my dog has always been in such good hands. Recently their thorough checking prevented our dog from going under a dangerous surgery, which could have ended her life. We're so thankful. We live an hour and a half away and still prioritize this hospital over ones in our area!

Our dog, Booker needed a bath, grooming, and some TLC. We stayed one night at the Pasadena Hotel and came across LA Pet Home on our midnight walk. We came by in the morning where they had a 10:00 opening. Fatih was personable, caring, and gentle with Booker! He took his time with Booker to make sure that he was comfortable! Fatih did an amazing and wonderful job! And Booker was definitely a pleased and happy camper!

I've been practicing Bikram Yoga at Hot Yoga Pasadena regularly for a about 13 months now and I can't think of any negative things to say about this studio! It is equipped with clean showers and multiple restrooms. In the beginning, I had a hard time getting used to the smell of sweat in the hot yoga room full of people, but it no longer bothers me. It's just something that you have to get used to if you want to practice hot yoga anywhere.I love my regular instructors (since they pay attention to details and try to push me beyond my limits), but I have never had a bad instructor here. All of them are really encouraging, knowledgeable, and friendly.Practicing Bikram Yoga has transformed my life in different ways, both physically and emotionally. Prior to this practice, weekly chiropractic sessions and daily pain medications were not able to completely eliminate the upper back and neck pain that I experienced from long hours of standing (required by my job). I am happy to say that the tension on my neck and shoulders have been significantly reduced (from 6 to 1 on a scale of 1-10) since I started my regular Bikram Yoga practice and I no longer need to visit my chiropractor or my daily pain medications!I'm not going to lie and say that I am totally pain free. In fact, I often feel sore all over my body after 90 minutes of stretching and toning in the hot and humid room, but as the saying goes, "no pain, no gain!" I've tried other methods of weigh loss after having two kids, but couldn't really maintain them. Bikram Yoga has somehow guided me to a healthier life style (with more water and vegetable and less caffeine consumption and eating smaller but more frequent meals). I find that on days that I don't drink enough water or did not eat well, it is harder for me to complete my yoga practice. However, no matter how terrible I feel during the practice, I always enjoy the rush of endorphines after each yoga session. A year of religious Bikram Yoga practice has resulted in a 10-pound weight loss and the decrease in one dress size!Getting started was the hardest step, especially with getting my body used to the heat and the smell of sweat. I'm glad I got over those hurdles and feel very thankful for Hot Yoga Pasadena in providing a clean facility and amazing instructors to help me in this positive self transformation!

Have been coming here for years. It's been so exciting to see the practice grow and flourish. Those who work at the front desk are incredible - so helpful when re-scheduling - they make it a breeze. Everything is extremely tidy and clean. And there are 3 very talented acupuncturists to choose from. Can't go wrong with any of them! Also the views of the mountains and city hall from some of the rooms are so beautiful and add to the relaxing atmosphere.

They offer a wide range of services. On two different occasions, I tried the Gua Sha facial massage and Gua Sha facial. Her hands were so delicate and it was the most relaxed I've ever been. I hope to go back! The man at the front desk was slightly unfriendly but perhaps he was going through something! The birds on the ceiling was a touch id never seen before. So beautiful and calm
My masseur was very good, she heard my needs, and she was always asking if the pressure was ok for me. And the receptionist was very kind and helpful. The place looks clean which is important to me. Lastly, altough they were fully booked and i was a few minutes late, they gave me my 1 hour massage.

The Movement Clinic is fantastic. I've been working with Chris for a few months now. In the first session, he helped me diagnose a problem with my shoulder that had been bugging me for months and gave me a few adjustments that provided immediate relief. Since then, we've worked together to identify and address a few mobility issues and imbalances I'm dealing with. Every session is incredibly helpful and Chris does a great job providing easy-to-understand information on what's going on and clear exercises/practices to implement to continue working on things outside of the office. Highly recommend!

I’m recovering from a complete Achilles rupture, and 1 Physical Therapy has completely changed my life. I was walking with a boot and crutches a week ago, and now I’m already back in shoes and walking without crutches. The facility is amazing, and the staff is very knowledgeable, kind, and beyond helpful.
Ari has been helping me since January of 2021 during recovery from emergency spinal surgery due to a severe spinal cord injury. Before that injury, I had already gone through 2 spinal surgeries and still needing ongoing PT for the other half of my body.
Due to his unwavering dedication, determination, enthusiasm, and continued care, I have kept seeing him regularly.
To make my case more complex, due to other traumas, I have since needed 2 additional spinal surgeries and Ari has been by my side through it all. I couldn’t see myself going to another physical therapist. He keeps me motivated, encourages strength, and gives me advice for everyday living.
Before Ari, I went to 10+ other PT offices over a period of 15 years. I have never met anyone like him nor have I ever felt as comfortable and good about PT. His services are superior and his approach is unique. I wouldn’t want my family or friends to go to anyone else! I consider Ari part of my regular routine. He is able to keep me moving despite 3 spinal cord injuries.
AIM Physical Therapy is not like most P.T. providers. When you go to AIM for treatment you are going to get one hour of undivided attention from Dr. Justin Chuck, including diagnosis, hands-on therapy, exercise, stretching, and mobility work. The business model of every P.T. I have ever been to involves a limited amount of actual attention from the licensed therapist, then a longer period of exercise, stretches, etc, working with the therapist’s assistant or assistants. This allows the therapist to see several patients an hour while having a lot, or usually, the majority of the actual work done by lower-paid assistants working under the therapist’s supervision. Not Justin. As I said, he will work with you personally for the entire appointment. He was able to make progress in 2 visits on a shoulder condition that had steadily worsened. for a couple of years. I had previously seen a physician and two different P.T.’s, with not only no improvement, but steady worsening of the condition. I am finally feeling like I am seeing someone who is going to restore some real function to my shoulder, and if I develop any other condition, he is the first person I plan to see. I couldn’t recommend him more sincerely.
This place is great and the therapy is really helping, but it does feel like there is a lack of respect for the patients time at times. Sometimes I spend up to 20 minutes a session waiting for heat, ice, or the planned circuit for the day (which could be planned out before I even show up). I definitely recommend this place, especially if you have an athletic background, I just wish my sessions were more streamlined.

Georgios is a really special human, and a very skilled practitioner. He is trauma informed and he so knowledgeable. I have always felt that I was in the very best hands. He has helped me heal from a nagging groin sports injury with electrostimulation and within three months of working with him I’m at 98% when this injury was NOT making any progress three months prior, before I started seeing him. Marlee is an amazing acupuncturist. I've been seeing her for the past 4 weeks and she's helped me with knee and back pain. She's knowledgeable, patient, engaging, and takes her time doing her treatment, she never rushes. Her office is clean and the atmosphere she creates is relaxing. Easy to book and she's always available for any follow up questions.
Dr. Wong, Valerie, Gabby, and Judy are the best! They treat me like family. Not only do I go there for acupuncture, but for massages as well. The office is very clean with an utterly positive vibe. The staff will always follow up with you and remind you of your upcoming appointment. After my treatment, I always feel refreshed and renewed. Can’t wait for my next appointment with Dr. Wong and her crew.
Zen and her staff are amazing. Her front desk person is so friendly and helpful. Zen is also an amazing acupuncturist. Her method is unique from my experience with other acupuncturists and, in my opinion, more effective, more quickly than my previous experiences. I also love her teas that she makes in her office. I'm always recommending people to this office. Highly recommend.
I am so happy that I found Laura Acupuncture Clinic on Yelp! I recently tweaked my back and my sciatica flared up. Massages, stretching, visiting the chiropractor, taking anti inflammatory meds...nothing worked. So I was determined to try something new. I called the Clinic and was able to book an appointment on the same day. (HOT TIP: if you're a new patient, complete your intake form before you arrive so your check-in process goes quickly). When I arrived, I was graciously greeted and ushered to a private room where I met with Dr. Laura. She immediately made me feel comfortable and confident that I'd receive some relief. After asking a few questions about what brought me in and my medical history, she examined my trouble areas. Dr. Laura quickly identified several treatment options, explained each one, and helped me to understand and feel comfortable with my treatment plan. I truly appreciate her compassionate approach and encouraging nature as this was my first experience with acupuncture. I look forward to visiting soon to continue my healing journey and to explore other treatments that are offered at the Clinic. If you're new to this and are nervous, please, give this place a try. Wonderful experience. I've been going here for about a month now and have seen amazing results. I had foot surgery and the pain would not go away. I didn't know what else to do so my doctor recommended me acupuncture. I thought what the hey. Keep in mind I've never done acupuncture before and I'm sure glad I did. Now I'm able to walk now with only slight pain but not as much as before. Highly recommend this place.
First time doing acupuncture and really happy I saw Dr. Fong. He made sure to work with my problem areas and made me feel very comfortable with the entire experience. Very friendly and will be going back!
Fantastic experience Jean is wonderful at what she does for her patients. When I first started treatment she was very clear and informative what she could do and recommended. This is a very brilliant driving school for many reasons. It teaches students like me every important step in driving, and it’s explained professionally. Another great thing about the school is the instructors. Mo is the trainer I had. He was really helpful and great. Since March, I went from making several mistakes to almost none. I appreciate all the help I got and I wish all other new drivers the best of luck!

What a fabulous service! We loved every part of working with Dania and her instructors. They were accommodating and very nice to my son as a first time driver. They are also very informative on the process. If we ever need a driving instructor again, we will be back! Use them, you won’t regret it!
I took this course in 2019. I've been riding non stop since. I highly recommend it. I also enrolled my gf with them 2 years ago. Great place to start your riding journey.
Ricardo was super friendly and really helped me refine my driving skills. He helped me learn to drive on the freeway for the first time and I was able to pass my driving test! 100% recommend!
