Jack is the best there is. He has incredible experience, is professional and listens well. This is the first time I've owned a pool, and he answered the phone every time I called to help explain every aspect, including how I can manage my pool myself with testing it etc. He has been over to help fix things on multiple occasions and my husband and I are both very happy with his level of professionalism and care. He really went the extra mile to help me become knowledgeable with my equipment. I am extremely satisfied with the level of service Jack and his staff provided, and I would recommend them any day.
