brought my small Chihuahua to Animal Medical Hospital because she wasn’t feeling well. I want to say that the staff was absolutely nice to both me and my dog. They gave me antibiotics and clear instructions, and I followed everything they told me. My dog improved within the first week, and I was very happy with how well she responded to the treatment.
Her first visit was $233, and a recheck was optional and cost $49. Just a heads-up to ask about the cost of a recheck when making your appointment so you know what to expect.

After living in Pasadena for 27 years with multiple dogs at all times, I’d all but given up finding satisfactory veterinary care. Almost two years ago, I discovered Animal Medical Hospital. No other vet in town comes even close to providing the level of genuine care, thoroughness, expertise and professionalism they offer. Front office is on top of their game too. No long waits at appointment time yet I’ve never felt “rushed” through a visit and they follow up after each visit.

This place is outstanding! I have been to about 4 or 5 different vets in the past 7 years and finally found one that I love. All of the staff I have interacted with has been so kind and knowledgeable. But specifically Dr. Hsu, she has gone above and beyond to help my golden retriever when he got a fox tail stuck deep in his ear. They truly seem to care, the follow up is extraordinary, and the prices are not bad when compared to other vets I’ve been to.
