I began acupuncture treatment with Zen in early 2025 after suffering from lower back pain for a year and am very impressed with the results I experienced. My pain was due to idiopathic scoliosis in my lumbar region that developed late in life. Although there is no cure for this condition, through acupuncture with Zen and targeted exercise, I am pain-free most of the time. I was impressed by the extensive health history interview that Zen does prior to the start of treatment and by the personalized treatment plan she developed for me.
