Jean is remarkable. She offers exceptional care, better than any acupuncturists I have visited (and I have seen a lot!). With each visit she asks additional questions and selects different points based on my current state. She has been helping me with neck and shoulder pain but is aware of my fertility journey and tailors her treatment based on my cycle phase. My pain level has decreased significantly, which is wild considering how I've been dealing with this pain for over three years. Can't recommend her enough 1000/10 A++++
