Kat is absolutely amazing. She came and did an inspection for me after I discovered a rat infestation in my apartment. She identified the entry points within 5 minutes of walking around the building. She even texted me immediately after I called her business number, off hours and on the weekend. I felt so comforted receiving her messages after feeling very distressed and paranoid about the rats in my place. She made my inspection top priority and came first thing Monday morning. I received a recommendation for her after positing on my next door neighborhood app and 2 different neighbors said she was the best, they were right! Highly recommend.

I'm a huge fan of these ladies! They show up on time, get dirty when they need to and get the job done. We had some pests under our house and some holes they were getting in through and now - we don't! We've taken care of the problem and they are still being wonderful and doing monthly maintenance.

Kat was terrific. I was happy to have my problem with rats in the attic dealt with in a professional and efficient way.Also great to deal with a woman owned company. Kat is a character! Whilst they do have to come back to sort out a minor issue (I have been ill and unable to get it together!) I felt that the service was great and good value. I was tired of the big companies who seemed to just want to take advantage.
