I have been going here regularly for nearly 4 years now! I am amazed at my progress I have made safely, realistically, and effectively. I keep going because I want to be even stronger and more athletic again and Maddie is helping me. I have osteoarthritis of my left knee and she has cared for me more thoroughly than any other physical therapist I have seen. The full hour and out of pocket expense is WORTH IT! My insurance even reimbursed me about 60% after I submitted the claim on my own. I started looking for physical therapy after months of relentless lower back pain that prevented me from walking, running, sleeping, or even sitting comfortably at all! I knew I needed a change. I did my research and found Elevated PT right near me, so I went in for a consultation with Dr. Adam Arlitt, who was so kind and knowledgeable! Throughout the next few weeks, I would come in, check in, do some mobility, core, and strengthening exercises, and get personalized 1:1 attention and care from Dr. Arlitt that genuinely made me feel better and stronger. I highly recommend elevated PT / Dr. Maddie. I had been dealing with a high hamstring tendinopathy which inhibited EVERYTHING (running, riding, sitting/work). She got me on the right track and created a perfect at home exercise program for me since I can not get there for on-site appointments as often as I would like. Not only am I running, riding (and sitting more comfortably), but am on track for better core strength and overall health. I really appreciate the one-on-one focused time she gives me - which may seem like an odd statement to make, but i've been at other places where that has not been the case.
