I had the pleasure of getting a manicure at this boutique nail salon today. Karen took the time to understand my needs and wants and gave me the most tailored and thorough manicure. The setting is so intimate that you truly feel so comfortable and relaxed during your visit. Pasadena is lucky to have this little gem!
I tried Polished Nail Studio yesterday and I was extremely happy with my nails. Karen did such an incredible job. She was detail oriented and the salon was very clean. I'm a very picky person when it comes to my nails, and this place exceeded my expectations. I recently moved to the area and so happy that I found them. Let me also mention that their prices are very reasonable compared to other salons.
Highly recommend this place! I've tried many nail studios in LA and have been disappointed. Karen was super sweet and paid really close attention to detail while doing my gel manicure. Also the salon is very cute and clean. I loved the decor and overall vibe. I drive all the way from the valley to come here-that's how great my experience was!
