BEWARE OF OVERCHARGING: Had cleaning done two weeks ago was quoted $120 for two maids for two hours over the phone. Was then charged $240, called them for a week about the mistake and just received a response today that in fact the cleaning was $120 per hour and that since it took two hours it was $240. The women I spoke with over the phone said that the maids told me before cleaning the charge and hours which did not happen. She then told me "it was convenient for me" to believe that the charge was only $120. She could not produce anything in writing proving this. So I was overcharged and then told I was a liar for disputing the fees, would not recommend.

Outstanding service! I asked for a deep clean and this is exactly what I got. My kitchen, bath were cleaned, window sills, fans, floors and sofas and honestly my tub never shined like this before. I will use this service again and highly recommend The Elite Maids.Service: Deep clean
