Very polite and personable. Ken came out and changed the freezer sensor as my freezer was not getting cold. We hoped that would fix it. He came back on the Monday after being there Friday. He fixed it , was polite and now it works beautifully they didn't charge an extra fee. I would recommend this company
Ali repaired my over the range microwave, which saved me the expensive $500 cost of replacement & installation fees. Next he worked on my stackable washer/dryer. Even though the transmission bearing is wearing out he repaired it so that I have 6 months more to use it. Thank God, now I have to shop around to purchase a new stackable combo before this one goes out. Great customer service, quick & timely repair work. Robert was very polite and professional, explained his findings and although it seems that I had already managed to clear the blockage in my dishwasher drain system by removing all the hoses back flushing the hose from the garbage disposal to the dishwasher, he asked if I wanted him to reassemble it. He told me the charge and I agreed. It was well worth the additional money because that way I knew it would be hooked up correctly and could be assured that the unit worked properly.
