It’s so draining to advocate for yourself. I thought doctors and nurses were supposed to be patient advocates. Not at this place. Everything is a fight. No help from anyone. Really disappointed in staff and services.

Pasadena Premier Dermatology provides exceptional service to its patients. The office staff and nurses are courteous, helpful, and responsive to concerns. Doctors, including Dr. Pai, are attentive, informative, and professional. The waiting room is comfortable and clean. The office is efficient and friendly, and the front office and nursing teams are fabulous. Dr. Pai is super smart and has a very pleasant manner. Dr. Denenholz is excellent and explains the condition and how to treat it in a clear and simple way.

Big shout out to the PA Katrina. She was extremely throughout and answered all my questions. She actually took a long time with me talking about my concerns and I never felt rushed at all.
I’m definitely choosing this as my dermatologist place because of Katrina’s excellent patient care!
