My daughter got her ears pierced here by Dr. Pai back in November 2022. Everything was fine until this week, one of her ears became swollen and looked infected. I called the office and spoke with one of the nurses who instructed me on what to do and sent a prescription for antibiotic ointment. It's been 3 days and the swelling has completely gone down, and I was even able to get the earring back in her ear! Very thankful to the office staff, nurses and doctors, thank you!

I'm not sure where the negative reviews are coming from but I had a great experience today. The front desk staff were courteous, helpful and I was processed in a timely manner. The waiting room was comfortable and clean.Dr. Pai was great, attentive and very helpful in explaining the scan and the procedure. His medical staff was very professional and we were done in no time with no fuss and no delays.

One star for the office staff and four or five for the doctors.No question go here for good dermatology care but you must get past the disgruntled gatekeepers in the front office. They are know it all rude and unhelpful. Always have been but finally time to put it in writing. With any luck the old guard will retire soon and then newer ones will learn some professionalism. Great luck with all the doctors I have seen there though.
