Jordan helped me with some issues surrounding shoulder pain that stemmed from lifting heavy. Very organized, on time, and helpful. Showed me why I was experiencing pain and gave me a series of stretches / exercises to help alleviate pain going forward (which worked).

I had numbness in both of my hands when sleeping, writing, (I'm a writer by trade), and when doing Muay Thai/boxing. I tried all of the usual stuff on my own (massage gun, cupping, self-massage, stretching, even wrist splints) but nothing did the trick. The pain and discomfort were debilitating for about two months before I discovered The Movement Clinic. I strained/ pulled some muscles in my back while working out in Aug 2023. After a few weeks of rest, stretching and massaging the pain was still there. So I decided to get help. I started to see Jordan and wow he made a world of difference. He was able to diagnose the issue right away and gave me exercises to help strengthen my back. After 6 to 8 weeks of consistent work my pain was completely gone and is still gone. I am currently still seeing Jordan to help with overall performance. I have learned so much from him and has made exercise fun. He is a wealth of knowledge and really understands how to give you cues to ensure you are using the correct muscles.
