Just had my first assessment with TJ. Great guy with a lot of knowledge. Gave me some recommendations on how to work on my imbalances and took a lot of time to be very specific and individual with my case. Great little studio with all you need.
If I could give them 6 stars, I would. I've had chronic lower back pain for years which completely resolved after three months at the Movement Clinic.
Gotta really spotlight TJ, who was amazing to work with. Diagnosing and addressing the pain was really the starting point - he also helped me gain a deeper understanding of how my body works and how I should be training it. He was very perceptive about the various quirks/imbalances/compensations I'd developed and helped me find the correct form for exercises I'd been doing wrong for years. I went into this just hoping to ease a bit of pain and came out stronger, more mobile, and more confident. Genuinely life-changing.

I’ll start with saying, Chris has been amazing. He’s taken me to school. I’ve learned so much about my body and why certain areas hurt. Knowing the why has helped me fix my movements and bad habits. The peace of mind I have now of knowing where I need to strengthen and what to work on to help make myself feel better makes this worth every penny.
