Alfred's initial quote was the most transparent and detailed of the bids that we got, and the office addition w/ bathroom project was completed on time and within budget. The crews were always polite, professional and showed up when they said they would. The permitting was handled well, the quality of the construction and building outstanding, and overall it was a pleasure dealing with Alfred and his crews throughout the process.
We have a 100 year old house in the Bungalow Heaven area of Pasadena.We initially hired Navarro Construction to remodel our bathroom, then we decided to redo part of the kitchen. That led to us wanting to add cabinets and a countertop with an over the stove microwave in the other half of the kitchen.Alfred is very professional and his team do good work in a timely manner. He worked closely with us to ensure the final result was what we wanted.I highly recommend Alfred and his team and would definitely use him again.
Out of frustration from having too many inexperienced and unprofessional contractors quote on a home remodel from a pipe break, I decided to go to Lowes and scope out a contracting professional myself. After noticing Mr. Navarro's truck and witnessing his professional demeanor, I interviewed him on the spot, and asked him if he has time to quote my job nearby. He texted me his contact info and website and showed up the very next day! One giant step forward for mankind!
