We had a miserable rat mite issue indoors. Wife and I were getting bitten every night for 2 weeks. Josh closed all holes around the house to prevent rats getting into the walls and he also sprayed indoors to kill the mites. His spray worked from day one. Total lifesaver.

Ive been seeing Dr. Mike for serveral years now. He truly listens to you as you're describing your pain. I'm pretty in tuned with my body, so when I tell him there is still something off, he will find it. He is on the quick and aggressive side, which is relieving for me. I'm pretty sure if you ask to be on the more gentle side, they can probably accommodate. The office staff are nice and they address you by your name as you enter the premises. They are quite flexible when it comes to openings. I've also seen Dr. O a few times when Dr. Mike wasn't available. He is also very nice and has written a book too. As a new patient, they have your usual consultation (xray, range of motion, grip pressures, stress level detection of your spine, etc...) and they have changing rooms in the back with gowns.

Ive been a member of this gym for a few years already. Its nice that small changes have been made over the course of the years. (better equipment placement, outdoor expansion, addition of equipment). I never have to wait for things and its not overcrowded at most times. The weights are more or less always re-racked and Steven does a great job making sure everything is in place and ready for the gym goers. I'm not a client of Stevens but I do see him actively training clients with good instructions on technique vs just chatting about random things which ive seen before at other gyms. He might be good for you if youre looking for a trainer who will guide you through proper form and technique.
I’m a black belt here at TMAX, and my experience here for the past 4+ years has been nothing but great! The instructors are always nice and they do an astounding job at handling the super loud toddlers that keep screaming “6-7.” In most cases, this is just a fun thing for your kid to do while you go out and do fun things without the burden of a child holding you back; but kids that are serious about Taekwondo WILL get really good thanks to the help of the masters. Many of my peers here have the most amazing kicks, and morale is always high. Whether you want to get some great levels of discipline, great skills in martial arts, or just have something fun to do, then TMAX is the right place for you!
