The staff and doctor were excellent in helping me through an expedited health certificate for my dog. I came in missing some paperwork that made the process tougher than need be, yet the staff was patient, understanding, and on point to help finish the cert and get me and my dog exactly what we needed. Thank you all for your great customer service.
Great service. Found my new kitten underneath a car yesterday and they were able to help me get him checked out and cleaned up. Very grateful for them squeezing me in on a busy day :)
Pasadena Vetco provided both my cats with compassionate and attentive care. Having returned multiple times, seeing multiple veterinarians and assistants at this location, each person was caring, helpful, and willing to listen to my concerns.
Dr. Burnell is very knowledgeable, thorough, and kind. Technician Jerry is top notch, prepared, and kept our appointment running smoothly and as minimally stressful as possible for my cat. Your pets will receive great care here.
