We've brought our cats to Vetco Pasadena for several years, and Dr. Pohl and the entire team have always been wonderful to work with. We couldn't ask for a more compassionate veterinary practice.
What stands out most is the kindness and empathy shown by everyone on staff, especially Jasmine. During a very difficult time saying goodbye to one of our cats, they treated both him and our family with genuine care, patience, and respect. They thoughtfully had us handle checkout and arrangements for his paw prints beforehand so we could focus entirely on his final moments.

5/13/26 Minion was seen by Dr. Sharp who was very caring, as always. There was an issue with her prescription. Technician Jerry was very helpful. He relayed the info to Dr. Sharp, resolved the issue, contacted the pharmacy and called me to let me know the issue was resolved. Jerry was GREAT!
I just wanted to thank Dr. Sharp and the whole staff for their extraordinary care to our little 7 pound 11 year old chihuahua. From the time of our dental consultation up to procedure / surgery, Dr. Sharp and the staff provided a delicate touch, empathy (I had past trauma with a bad vet) and step by step care. The reason this rating gets 5 stars is because I never felt pressured into services I didn't need. They included me in all decisions and they carefully explained the cost. They also called the day after my pups surgery to see how she's doing. We live roughly 10 miles from this vet and I came away with such confidence that I want to make Dr. Sharp our vet.
