Altadena Lock & Key Shop offers prompt and professional service with a family-owned approach that emphasizes old-fashioned quality customer service. Their skilled technicians, including Manuel, can handle various lock issues, including fixing built-in mailbox locks and creating spare keys for vehicles like the Tundra, which requires a special key with a chip. The team is also adept at locating and installing hard-to-find key parts, even outside of regular business hours. Customers appreciate the fair and affordable pricing, with services like laser key cutting offered at $30, which is much lower than what other locksmith shops charge. The shop is recognized as a valuable treasure in Altadena, with a welcoming atmosphere and excellent service.
Manny came out and changed the lock on our side door. He also changed the combination on a lockbox that we have outside for caregivers.
He was very nice to work with, efficient, did a great job, and charged us an affordable price. We’ll definitely reach out to him again anytime we need anything connected to locks and keys!
I have been here twice in the last 6 months and both times I was happy with the outcome. The first time I needed help getting into a safe that we lost the key to and the second time was today and I needed to have a spare key made for a Tundra which needs a special key with a chip. Pricing is fair and they are all very welcoming.
Family owned business that provides old fashion quality customer service at fair prices. I’d say, a valuable treasure in Altadena. They offer 24 hours service, again, at very reasonable rates when compared to most other highly overpriced locksmith shops.
