I have had two services and both Gabriela and Monica have been great. They do their job exceptionally well and have made me very comfortable. The facility is clean and the products are of great quality. The wax used is not as painful as others inhavw had. I would highly recommend the services.
I was a little hesitant… because I had just had a baby but I thought it was time to get into my Brazilians again. I was so nervous but Desiray is such a pro and makes you feel really confident and comfortable. She’s professional yet friendly, and definitely knows what she’s doing. Literally all you want in a pro tech. Literally was the best wax of my life !
Monica at the Pasadena location on Lake Ave is awesome! A great listener and personable and she's faster than lightening at striping away all your unwanted hair. She'll get you in and out on the town quickly so you can go about your day and she super accommodating with your appointments. I highly recommend her!
