A lot of companies get 5 star reviews because they bribe their customers with incentives, but this 5 star review is authentic! Danny was a great communicator, and did a great job! Our concern was pet urine odor from a foster dog that had so many accidents, but when we met with Danny, he inquired about the areas of greatest concern and was careful to thoroughly clean them. He also used a tool to measure the square footage of the areas cleaned to provide the most accurate pricing. Overall, working with Danny was such a pleasure! I highly recommend The Dry Carpet Cleaner!
Dan did an outstanding job on our elderly carpets and upholstery. He took the time to explain the process, and the product he used dries faster than other carpet cleaners and has a pleasant odor. He even made two old chairs look young again! Very professional and very easy to work with. I will definitely use THE DRY CARPET CLEANERS again!!
