I am so glad that I called The Dry Carpet Cleaner to clean my elderly mother’s family room carpet, which hadn’t been cleaned in years. My siblings believed me when I told them that I got mom a new carpet — the transformation was that amazing. We had forgotten the original color of the carpet. The service was very friendly and thorough. I would not hesitate to call or recommend them again. In addition, the process seemed to be very ecologically friendly.

I contacted Dorian recently to clean some high-traffic areas of my living room carpet. The areas were deeply soiled with dog urine, and it made walking in this area unpleasant. This is not to mention the smell which permeated through the air. Nothing I could do on a DIY level seemed to have helped, and I had finally reached my limit: I had to call in a professional.When I spoke with Dorian initially, he was skeptical that the carpets could be improved. Dorian to the rescue! Very pleased with how well the DRY Carpet Cleaning method worked in getting water stains out of the hallway carpet. Dorian is punctual, friendly/upbeat, knowledgeable & patient. Really appreciate his attention to detail + great customer service. Definitely recommend & will continue to use on future projects.
