Five stars but I would give more if I could. Eric and his band are incredible, simply put. From the beginning of us connecting about my wedding, he was the epitome of a consummate professional... he was so easy to work with throughout the entire process, and always was approachable and available - I could truly tell that he wanted to make my wedding as special as it could possibly be! He was very hands-on and extremely detail-oriented... he even helped plan out our entire wedding night with us, detail by detail, like a wedding planner does. Knowing that he would be the emcee for the night allowed me to relax; I knew he'd make sure the night flowed as I wanted and do everything in a very elegant way, which he of course did. It was so nice having one point of contact for everything music - my ceremony, my cocktail hour, dinner, dancing, and DJ - he did everything. I went to him not wanting a cookie cutter wedding, but rather for the evening to feel like a very elegant dinner party, and he executed on that! My husband and I were very specific with our musical choices for each part of the night, and he honored our wishes and even surprised us with some songs that are absolutely our other favorites, we had just forgotten to include them! The music was so perfect the entire night, and was such a crucial part of the ambiance being as fabulous as it was. I cannot wait until I have another reason to hire Eric - his band is amazing and he is such a wonderful person to work with, his energy is such a breath of fresh air!

They were great to deal with, were able to change drop off and pick up times as needed, and add emergency items to our order last minute. We had Alonso and his team from A&E re-glaze our bathtub and tiled shower area earlier this month. Wow, what a huge improvement! It looks way better than I even imagined it would. When they finished we found a few tiny areas that needed to be touched up, and Alonso came out right away to make sure everything was completed to our satisfaction. It really looks perfect. Great service, and a great value. I would recommend A&E to anyone looking for a cost effective solution for refreshing their bathroom.
Stephanie is an incredible teacher; experienced, thoughtful, a great listener, and has years of experience as a teacher, choreographer, dancer, and gymnast. I can't recommend her private sessions and mat classes highly enough. She has absolutely worked wonders for me.
Nick Campagna reroofed my garage. His price was good and he was easy to work with. He edited the contract with information I needed and other requests that I made which he later all fullfilled. He was willing to spend the extra time to get the tiles approved by the City for me which was a big help on the pricing. The original tiles are expansive, hard to get or they no longer make them and have to be custom ordered. He cleaned up the place nicely after all the work was done. He is a hard worker, he made quite a few trips before he could even start the job. He delivered what he promised, did a very thorough job and I am very pleased with his work.

WOW !Yelp works!I never thought I could get my older burgundy lambskin rug back to as bright and soft as it was when I first bought it several years ago. I had tried cleaning it a few years ago and I did not notice a difference.After Heaven's Best of Altadena cleaned it, I was SO happy I didn't have to buy a new rug, and it came out like it was brand new. I really couldn't believe it. A not dull burgundy and once again soft which everyone told me could not be done.I also want to add that all the people there were so nice and helpful. I don't know all the names yet, but I know I will. I can't say enough positive things about the quality of their work.Scott

I was in desperate need for a trim and I was looking everywhere to get it that had an opening. I needed it for THAT DAY, and honestly THAT MINUTE, and this place was on the way to work. I called, and the lady said that there's an opening for me so I took it. Don't let looks deceive you, though. The space is a little run down, and it looked like an entrance to a home. The door is a metal door and you can't see in. I think the hairdresser was surprised that I went to that hair place. This is a salon for african american hair. When she opened the door and saw me she was like, "okayyy" but took me in, and s*** I was GLAD. THIS WAS THE BEST DAMN "trim" I've gotten. I pretty much said that I need a trim, do what you want, which is what I usually tell people. It's a trim, and I don't care about my hair too much anyway. It's just hair, and it's not my identity. Plus, my hair style is just cut straight across. When I go to a salon, my hair cut usually takes 10-15 minutes (no matter if it's a shitty place or a upscale place) because I have pretty thin stick straight hair. BROOOOO SHE TOOK OVER AN HOUR... for a TRIM!!! She didn't over wet my hair, she didn't just do a CHOP across the back. She took her time, she parted my hair, she did the irregular choppy thing, she took her time to make sure that my hair fell the way it's supposed to when it's fairly dry. I mean, come on. AN HOUR FOR A TRIM. It ended up not being a trim but more of an actual haircut and I felt nice and fresh. She actually cut what she said she was going to cut. She offered shampoo and conditioner at the end, not at the beginning which is new to me but it makes sense. With tax and tip the I paid $40 which I think is a fair price to pay for the level of care that I got for a trim. I've spent 60 for a shitty hair cut from an upscale salon that I'll never go again. My hairdresser's name is Charice and she's freaking amazing, and just really nice and fun to talk to as well.

Beautiful organic products, California sourced and created from floral and vegetable sources, Bella Schneider. No chemicals were involved. All very natural. The studio is spacious, very relaxing and beautifully created. It felt like home to me just walking through the door. Neater, cleaner! Gina is special: empathic, professional, gentle and super-competent. I've enjoyed a few aesthetician's over the years. Gina is among the best. I booked a second appointment on leaving. Not wanting to leave at all - as she pressed a bottled water into my hand. Nice I started with the hydrafacial, a good recommendation. I'd not had any skin attention for over 4 months and am no spring chicken. It needed a thorough cleaning and some tender care. I love peace and quiet when having procedures. But asked to be told what was going on first time around. So interesting. Many different pieces of equipment. All with different jobs...and all worked very well on my skin. Which Gina was able to recognise and cater for from the outset. So important. There followed quite a few things including: Microdermabrasion Extraction Head rub Massage inc head Some sort of radiant light...my eyes were covered My skin and I thank her for the work she did. I've a feeling it doesn't feel like work to her. She's a keeper. 100% recommended.
Oh, gheesh, this was SUCH a great find! We were just shocked to find a lovely skin and lash spa above the famous Coffee Gallery on North Lake in Altadena. Mila greeted us and was so super friendly (but authentic) from start to finish, really caring and knowledgeable. But she is a FIND! For HALF the price of the fru-fru spas, she has a double-generous anti-aging facial that includes all the same ingredients (oxygen, hyaluronic acid, etc.) PLUS stem cells !!!! What blew me away is she makes up her own products which are the MOST luxurious organic peels and masks, and I've been many times to Burke Williams, Meadowood Spa Napa Valley, Amadeus, you name it..... Her full facial mask was a special wet/slow drip sensory experience, hard to describe, but also like a cool hardening wax experience.....but it smells like the special bark that is in it.....woodsy.... I believe she will make bank if she markets her designed products broadly, they are super special. My face was noticeably glowing and hydrated after, completely different....might I say "dewy" even at my advanced age??? Thank you so much, Mila, I want to make your services a regular routine for myself (and I have never felt that much confidence about facials before) -- she is a beauty artist....:))))

I don't even know where to start. I interviewed about 7 other gc's before hiring Mark and just knew from meeting with him that he would be a good fit for my project. His pricing was reasonable, his references checked out, and he seemed trustworthy and reliable. Fast forward a year later- Mark has knocked it out of the park on my build out. He worked closely with me to help design it, custom tailored for to what I wanted. (Side note: I fired my interior designer 2 weeks into the project, so Mark and myself designed the entire restaurant) That's the kind of service you get with Mark. He is friendly, honest, personable, and willing to work with you to make sure you are happy with the final result- all while making sure that you stay within budget. My buggiest downfall of the project was pulling certain jobs away from Mark to try to control costs and hiring some of my own subs. Next project Mark gets the whole enchilada! I would highly recommend mark for any restaurant buildout- big or small.

Dr Craig is a caring and professional dentist. Always willing to spend time explaining any abnormal findings or further recommended treatment. His leading hygienist Cindy is gentle and does excellent job cleaning. She spends an extreme amount of time and attention at every visit. The office is welcoming and sparkling clean. An excellent place with friendly staff. I highly recommend it – they did a great job. Whenever there was something they couldn't handle, they provided referrals. Jessica, the receptionist, assisted me in scheduling my appointment. She even contacted another location to ensure everything was arranged for me. The facility even had a TV in the ceiling, and they offered me the option to watch something during the appointment. Additionally, they provided thorough details about my oral health; the environment was clean and pleasant. Their state-of-the-art technology is impressive, showcasing the latest advancements. I will definitely be returning!
Dr. Kenny is amazing! During my first visit she tested for allergies, and was really helpful at quickly identifying my allergy to dairy. I thought I might have other allergies but it was just dairy making me feel weaker and uncomfortable. Over the years, I've come to her to address emotional and energetic blockages which were crucial for creating balance in my life. I'm extremely Claire-sentient and listen to my physical body and my energetic body. I can easily explain to Dr. Kenny what I'm feeling in body and around my body in the form of energy, and she has helped me understand my abilities better as well as understand my boundaries, clearing of energies and what my body needs to feel strong on this personal journey . I'm so happy to have found her practice and I've been seeing her for the past 4 years!!

He is caring and friendly while still being trustworthy, intelligent and respectful.He has cured my husband of his thoracic outlet syndrome pain and has helped my shoulders, knees and whatever else for at least a decade now. A long overdue salute to a great chiropractor.
One of my favorite places to take Yoga classes at. It's a very nice space and Viviana was a knowledgeable teacher.I really liked the Kundalini yoga classes I took here as well as the Restorative one I took on a Sunday.They also have great deals on pricing.
I worked with Marna for my second pregnancy. Everyone said the second would come faster than the first but we were 10 days past our original due date and I'd been going in and out of labor contractions for almost 3 weeks. I was starting to have anxiety about induction and my doula recommended Marna. She came over to my house in the evening and it was so nice and relaxing. She finished at 9pm and my water broke (in a Hollywood-like display) at 3am. I was so grateful for help. My son was born at 7am!
I should've left this five star review long ago! Prior to seeing Bill, I had been doing some Rolfing massage where I live in Las Vegas, but I wasn't able to keep up with them since I work in Los Angeles most of the time. I've had a bulging/herniated disc since I was 14 (I am 34 now. and have had all sorts of pain from that along with different sports injuries. I also drive A LOT, which does not help at all. Typically I'm driving about 20 to 30 hours a week. After the first session of the 10 series, I noticed a huge difference, and I could not believe how open my chest an upper body felt. I had no idea I had been that type of chop as I have always felt the pain in my lower back, hips, and hamstrings. Each session I felt better and better and I got my friend hooked on him as well. We both rave about his treatments and can't recommend him enough!I know the price seems scary, and the idea of committing to 10 sessions at that price in this economy can be really daunting, but if you love your body, and can make it work financially, it is absolutely worth it! I've gone to all sorts of bodyworkers over the years And Bill is one of the best! He is certainly the best I found in the Los Angeles area. The cost of not going for me would have been MUCH higher. It's worth mentioning that his setup is incredibly relaxing whether indoors or outdoors. It's a cute area with lots of trees and as a nature lover, I can't help but sing the praises of the atmosphere.
