I love this place, it’s the first dentist I actually look forward to visiting. From scheduling to reception to hygienists to Dr. Kau to billing, everyone is so pleasant and non-shaming and on top of things. Could not recommend them highly enough.
I’ve been going to see Dr Kao and his team for 8 years. Everyone who works in the office is personable and caring. Recently my crown broke off. I called the office in the evening after hours and received a call back by Dr Kao. I wasn’t expecting his response so quickly. That’s how much he cares. I was able to get in the next day even though he was booked back to back. Communication, planning ahead for the health of my teeth and follow up are what I was looking for 8 years ago and Dr Kao and his team have always come through for me.
Dr. Kau and his staff are truly outstanding! Everyone is always so welcoming and friendly. Even though we don’t live in Pasadena any longer we still make the trip out for our regular checkup. I wish I could give 6 stars!
