I've been doing yoga for 20 years and in the past 5 years haven't had time to make it to a studio consistently until now. I'm so stoked I found this place! The class was a great mixture of playfulness and authentic practice and just the right level for me. Will definitely be returning!

I really enjoyed the classes I took here, I tried a few different teachers (including Tara) and they were all great. There was a nice balance of challenge and meditation, and I always left with a good yoga high. I've since moved away but I would definitely return here to practice again when I'm in the area.

This is the most amazing yoga studio. I am so happy I found it. It is centered on the art and practice of yoga. It is a special place for those who want a boutique yoga experience. My favorite class is the Yin class, available many evenings, so I can get my stretch on. Tara builds a community here at her studio. All of the yoga instructors are very skilled and each instructor makes it an enjoyable yoga session each class. I learn new things about yoga each class. Also, ask Tara about her wonderful Yoga retreats!
