I have been impressed with Modern Animal from my inital 5 am call, to the 9am appoinment, and even beyond. Dr. Samuelson was kind, clear, thorough, and answered my questions even after returning home with Jonesy. Such a lovely Dr and team! Thank you all.
If I could give more than 5 stars I absolutely would. The staff was so unbelievably kind and empathetic. I had been caring for a stray cat and took him in because we wanted to adopt. During our visit we discovered he was microchipped. This was very hard and very emotional. Modern Animal helped make arrangements with the humane society so that the cat could be reunited with his rightful owner and they didn’t charge me a dime. When we do adopt, this will be the clinic of our choice❤️
The best of the best when it comes to accommodating reactive pups. Not only did they help come up with a game plan to support him, when it comes to visits they go out of their way to make it as comfortable of an experience as possible for him every time, such as letting us come in through the back, not front entrance, checking the halls for other pups, and the staff remembers him every time :) today they decorated his little prescription bag which was a cute touch.
