Came here after fracturing my pelvis during labor/delivery and they helped create a plan to strengthen and improve stability. Really loved Dr. Jermaine and also the studio’s flexibility with remote physical therapy when I was on travel.

I was referred here from Village Birth from the childbirth class. So glad I came here. I wanted to be prepared for childbirth and postpartum. Dr. Sayyad is extremely knowledgeable, personable, and knows how to explain concepts in an easy to understand way. I'm not a very active or physically in shape person, but she was gentle and kind with showing me the different exercises I could do to help prepare myself for both a vaginal delivery or a C-section. I learned so much from my sessions here, and am looking forward to coming back after my delivery to continue my sessions. The office is very easy to get to, right off the 210 and plenty of parking in a giant parking lot.
