It is located on the 3rd floor of this medical plaza. Far west end of the building. There is an elevator on their end of the building, right as you exit/enter. So don't go up main entrance. All entrances are ADA accessible, but far right(west side) has only 2 ADA spots. Courteous, kind and attentive. These Technicians show you the (Wilma, Jacob, Valerie(out of AZ)) in and ours of what needs to be done. Snacks and drinks are available if you're here for a while(mine up to +4hrs). Otherwise, you should be in and out quick. I do highly recommend Infusion for Health for your medical needs. Be it just a shot or as in my case, several hour long Infusion. Ciao!
Mariah is the absolute best at the beautiful art and craftsmanship of dreadlock creations, removals and hairstyling of all types. The icing on the cake is she’s also super chill, positive and just a real pleasure be around. Not pressuring or overbearing, doesn’t talk to much or too little. Keeps a sterile and clean salon space. I had my 25 year old dreadlocks removed by Mariah and she amazingly was able to save so much of my hair! I spent 10ish hours with her, so I can testify to her character and work ethic. I definitely recommend!

I have had many massages and this was by far the absolute best ive gotten. Lily (the owner I believe) did it. dont let her little stature fool you. She is strong and utilized every hand, arm, elbow, body weight to massage every part of my body. I did 90 minutes and didnt want her to stop. Her touch was perfect!! not too firm, not too soft. Amazing. Im gonna come here every month. its time for mama to treat herself. Also my husband came here the day before and said the same thing...best massage ever. Come here and ask for Lily. she will not disappoint. I gladly tipped her $40 and if I could, I would tip even more. Their prices are incredible. $100 for 90 minutes is a great price point to keep customers coming back. Thank you Lily. See you again soon!

She absolutely crushed the trial and was able to bring my vision for an up-do to life. She was very communicative leading up to the wedding and helped me with the timeline as I had 10 bridesmaids who needed hair and make up. The day of went PERFECTLY. The vibes were high and all my bridesmaids looked gorgeous. Haydee did an amazing job on my hair and make up and I loved it so much. I did my lashes (top and bottom) with Cindy and they turned so cute she is really quick both were less than an hour and they charge lower than any other places here in San Diego. I also had a pedicure with Kevin he was amazing he cares a lot and take care of you.

(For real handwork) constantly washing, crafting and assisting, I opted for no polish or color because it never works out for my job. I left pleasantly surprised and relaxed with the care and quality Tammy had shown me. I love fun bright colors on my toes and I'm pleased with the results. Definitely very clean in here but I would recommend the ladies to wear PPE/masks for their sake (less debris and particles to inhale) ✨️

Lisa was amazing! I haven't had a pedicure this good in years! She started with a copper pot foot soak and gentle scrub. Then she gave me an eye mask that warmed up and layed back the chair. I think I left my body for the rest of my time with her. I plan to become a regular!

I came in for sore calf muscles from working out and running. Paige was able to help those muscles relax so that I was able to workout again the next day comfortably. It's now been another day, post a hard workout and my legs are still feeling great.

I walked in, around 6 pm, Nina closes at 7 pm. I got a mani pedi and she recommended colors that I like and turned on the chair massager. The place was empty, had no air conditioning, but Nina directed some fans at us. She gave some great advice: 1. to help the cuticles from getting dry, put on Vaseline around the nail. And 2. When at a nail salon, with toe nails especially, ask to cut across straight, do not ask for rounded or it can result with ingrown nails. There is free parking in the front. A clean bathoom. My nails still look great!

I was recommended by one of my besties who gets their eye brows waxed here. But I actually get my Brazilian done here! The technique is not as painful as other places I've visited before, and results have my hair growing slow and thin! I've already recommended her to a coworker of mine. And I don't plan on going on anyone else as long as she's in business.
Awesome guy and assistant who came within the hour and went out of their way to try to keep cost down for us. When we realized it wasn't a quick fix and they had to come back the next day, he was there early with everything needed to get our water back on. I have been a customer with Green Frog for almost 18 months. I consistently receive exceptional services from Green Frog through their staff. Specifically, I am delighted with services received monthly from Green Frog through Breann's excellent commitment to her profession. She is always on alert to what additional services she can fulfill after completing the minimum needs. Her commitment is to focus on specific needs in one of the rooms (e.g., the kitchen or living room) and adds those to the cleaning tasks to be completed for this service period. She is cleaning areas I wouldn't even think of, and those areas that don't require regular cleaning but are certainly needed on an occasional basis. In the past two service visits, she cleaned our sliding glass patio doors and the drapery in the living room. I don't know how she has the energy and drive to complete my minimum needs while adding in extras all within the allotted timeframe. I feel blessed by her services and am grateful for her commitment to her customers.

I was looking into getting a CleanCut product installed, and this company was listed as a local installer. Contacted this company and spoke to Tyler. Tyler was pleasant and listened to my concerns. My mom is not vaccinated and having a contractor in her home was a concern of mine. I appreciate Tyler being very understanding. He made sure the contractor wore a mask and did not report to work if sick. Thank you! This company has installed numerous CleanCut products, and I wanted someone who knew what they were doing because they literally cut a piece out of your exiting bathtub and there is very little room for error. I felt this company was the most qualified. Installer Joao arrived on time (and had a mask on, by the way) and prior to starting the job, he placed drop cloths on our floor from the bathroom to the front door. He was very respectful of our home. Cutting into fiberglass can kick up quite a bit of dust but he constantly had the vacuum going minimizing the dust. He was very clean! Joao did an amazing job installing the CleanCut product from start to finish! It is absolutely perfect and exactly how we wanted it! We love it! Joao is very knowledgeable, kind and professional. Anyone looking to install a CleanCut product, this is your man! Trust me on this one! I have had my share of bad contractors and I am always apprehensive but the minute I met Joao, I knew I was in good hands! He is an asset to this company! I find myself only writing reviews when I'm either very pleased or very disappointed.... my husband and I were at first a little hesitant to chose Pat bc he was so laid back and on the quiet side. We couldn't be happier with him and his crew!!!!!!! Pat and Jose (his main employee) were so easy and pleasant to work with!!! Throughout the whole process, they were very approachable and extremely honest. I think it's really hard to find a contractor/ construction company that has integrity like Pat and his crew. He never tried to up sell or nickel and dime us. He even helped to fix some areas in our house free of charge. They worked hard and fast and did a beautiful remodel in our house! If there was ever an issue that we wanted addressed, they fixed it right away. Out of all the contractors we met and got estimates from, Pat was the most reasonable and upfront. Every phase - from design to demo to concrete pouring to framework to stucco to roof - Michael was on top of it and highly communicative. He truly cares about his clients and their projects, and his advice is thoughtful and experienced. We appreciate him so much! The contractors that he hires are better than I expected too -- they were quick, respectful, skilled, and did a great job. We look forward to working with Michael again soon on a bathroom remodel. We had some electrical outlets installed and some light switches fixed by Frank and his team. He was amazing fixed everything and found some serious electrical problems. See pictures. He showed up on time. Took the time to explain what he was doing. Showed that he cared about the quality of work he does. He gets the job done right. I highly recommend him.

Super responsive, helpful and knowledgeable. Please be aware that they are a 24x7 business responding to emergency and urgent calls. Many times they’ll come to you the same day! But this comes at a cost. Worth every penny IMO.

Sutra dental is always available when I need them. Typically use the La Mesa office but had an emergency and needed to be seen. They accommodated easily and resolved my issue without complaint.
My favorite specialist!recomend! can pull out your wisdom tooth without you even noticing! (as far as I know it's difficult)
I went to La Mesa Family Dentistry for 2 years and only had great experiences. I really liked how the dentist was very clear about what he thinks should be done, but was not pushy at all. Actually, I would say he was on the conservative side of recommending dental work, which I think is great because I've had many dentists and sometimes they can be overly eager about pushing dental work. The office staff was also always really friendly and helpful.
I haven’t been to the dentist in 5+ years and I definitely was nervous. The location was easy to find with covered designated parking and the office was welcoming and comfortable.
Let me tell you, the staff was very friendly and made me feel comfortable. Always asking if I needed water or a break in between cleanings. Definitely will be coming here on time and will not be waiting years like before.

I have visited Affinity a few times and the service has been fast and efficient from the girls at the front, the ones assisting with x-rays, assistants and the young lady explaining cost in detail. The doctor is also great! I've had to return because of one little incident and they managed to take care of me the next morning. This place is very helpful and my teeth look and feel great!

Let me preface this review by saying that I'm a brand new patient with no loyalties to this practice. My experience has been excellent so far. I've had 2 appointments, one for a cleaning and a second one for fillings. Going to the dentist is never an exhilarating experience and I do feel ill-at-ease whenever I sit in the chair. However, the staff has been absolutely wonderful. From receptionist to hygienist to the doctor. Every step of the way I was treated with kindness and courtesy. I even received a follow-up call a day after my fillings. The only con I have to say is that my first appt for the cleaning had a 3 month delay. Wasn't thrilled about that, but I imagine it's due to them being so busy. Once you're in your good to go. My patience did pay off and I do feel it was worth it considering all the staff is top notch. If you're considering them go for it!

I was asked if I wanted to get teeth cleaned in about an hour today, of course, went home/came back.
Julie, the lead tech, is by far and away the most conscientious hygienist in the entire universe. Kind, over and above the call of duty-its all there.

Had a scheduled appointment on Friday for my cat. It was a great experience and the price of everything was extremely reasonable.
The next day we had a very unexpected emergency with our cat and they handled it like champs. Explained they were booked but could do lab work still and have a technician look at it.
Greatly appreciated the transparency and the care for my cat.
I am extremely discerning when it comes to doctors and veterinarians. Dr. Munoz is hands down the best veterinarian I have ever encountered. He is kind, knowledgeable, compassionate and reasonable. In a commercialized world where so many are out for profit, Dr. Munoz is a jewel, a rare find. I honestly want to keep his business a secret so I was hesitant to post this review but I guess that would be selfish of me. Thanks to Dr. Munoz, my pets are healthy and thriving and University Pet Hospital is there for me whenever life happens. The entire staff there is extremely professional and polite and even when you are dealing with a pet health emergency, they manage to make you feel better. I went to see Dr. Wang on the recommendation of a friend. I have a German Shepperd and very particular about where i take him. It was to say the least the best experience. Most Vets come in like their hair is on fire and leave as soon as possible. Not Dr. Wang she took her time to get to know me and my dog and proceeded to the exam only when she felt he was comfortable. It is the welcome unusual almost like the old times when people and animals mattered more the just turn them and burn them and bank the money. I rarely write a review but from the receptionist to the thecs to the Dr. they were nothing short of excellent. From an over protective dog dad i highly recommend their practice.
My little dog was not feeling well and I brought her in last minute. Everyone was so kind and explained everything so thoroughly.
Not the cheapest place but they do good work, can do unscented treatments and my wife that has bad allergies. They do de-shed our dog so he doesn't shed all over the house and the grooming enables my wife's to cuddle our 90 pound monster.
They’re great groomers! I like their communication systems, like it that they text updates and allow me to schedule via text, and they are very consistent. I trust them to take care of my pup!
If you’ve got a goldendoodle, you already know… you don’t own a dog, you own a walking mop with feelings.
These ladies always take care of our dog Jefferson and somehow turn him from “just rolled through a bush” into a respectable member of society again. They’re always happy, super attentive, and his hair comes out looking right every time…which is saying a lot because doodle hair is no joke.
They’re also on point with timing. Drop him off, pick him up when they say, no guessing games.

Love love love Club Pilates! All the instructors are amazing and have their own style. Stacy Carlock - I cannot say enough good things about her. She is the reason I signed up and one of my most favorite instructors. She is fun, a ray of sunshine and just as important she knows how to teach. She gives excellent instruction for correct form. I feel like she truly cares. Another fav is Rhonda, super funny and her classes kick my butt. Actually both Stacy and Rhonda's bar classes I really feel the next day! Stacy Evans, Julie and Jennica are also fantastic. They really all are. There is something for everyone, from center and balance when I want a relaxing moment to a bar class when I want a major workout and everything in between. Club Pilates has changed my life. I no longer have knee pain, my hips and back feel so much better and my ankle strength (lots of rolled ankles in the past) is much better. I feel more stable. But it's the mental aspect of it that makes it 1000 times worth it. It's like meditation for me... the one hour a day I focus on only what the instructor is saying. My stress melts away and I feel better all around. Highly recommend!

Was dealing with significant pain in right trap and lat for a couple weeks. Chantel dedicated prob 60 min of a 90 min session to these problem areas. Session was intense, no shortage of pressure and had to breathe through a lot of it. Next day was sore, but two days later (today) no more pain. Zero. Got my full range of motion in neck and shoulder back. Incredible. She also found my psoas on my right side was extremely tight and potentially a root cause. She recommended working this area more and then supplementing with a home stretching device which I’ve been doing now and it’s been great.

Sin provided stellar service, the space was clean and inviting, Sin asked thoughtful questions prior to us getting started. The massage was done well, building pressure with care. The cups were applied expertly and with intention The complementary hot towel at the end really sealed the deal for me.

This is the best sports and relaxation massage I have ever experienced. The Thai sports massage was so regaling and therapeutic. Finishing with much needed stretching and massage. I have scheduled a 90 minute appointment weekly now. It has become such an important part of my workout and relaxation with recovery routine. The therapist are all very nice, professional and very well trained. Excellent experience.

Brittany did a fantastic job helping me get back on track from a rotator cuff issue. She was very knowledgeable and helped me figure out the exercises I needed as well as how to incorporate them in an existing routine. Plus her analysis and recommendations pretty much were spot on with what my doctor said post MRI. She was also realistic about how much I could do myself versus having to go into therapy for.
The rest of the staff was amazing as well, and the entire place had good vibes! I highly recommend this place if you're ready to do the work the right way to feel better.
I came into PRN Severin about 7 years ago with knee pain after first starting a new fitness routine. That first round of physical therapy taught me about proactive exercises to prevent injury, essential recovery routines, and proper progression with runs and lifting. I’ve never had knee pain since. I continued with my exercise routine and developed bone spurs in my rotator cuff resulting in surgery for repair about three years ago. I found myself back at PRN Severin to rehab post surgery and again re-enter my fitness routine. I just returned this year after suffering a stress fracture in my foot from a long distance run. After being in a boot, I returned to PRN to begin my rehab. In six weeks, Kolton Snow got me running and lifting again and feeling back to myself. He developed efficient exercise plans for me to execute at home that were timely and effective. He took the time to personally trouble shoot pain locations and worked on my foot every session before then personally leading me through my exercises. Seth runs the very best physical therapy location in San Diego and I feel so fortunate knowing PRN remains the best place for care and expertise. I honestly trust in my safety being active because PRN Severin and the crew Seth hires will be there to educate, coach, and guide you to recovery. The front desk staff are also incredibly welcoming, knowledgeable, and helpful. The facility is clean and everyone is so hospitable. Thank you again for getting me back to myself. I hope to not see you again soon but I know that if an injury arises I will be coming straight back to the team at PRN Severin.
