8036 La Mesa Blvd, La Mesa“Was thrilled to finally find a great chiropractor. Dr. Smith has a caring demeanor and a great adjusting table. He has the gift of understanding which shines brilliantly in the first consultation and adjustment. It just gets better from there. I am grateful to have found The Joint Chiropractic and someone I trust with each adjustment. His table makes it an effortless and relaxing experience. This is important because my old chiropractor did not have this kind of table and I always tensed up because I felt like was going to fall off of it. I am one happy camper and look forward to going here. I highly recommend Dr. Smith! Yay!“

I'm a tradesman so a lot of stress goes to my body. Still going strong after all these years thanks to his care. My wife, two kids and family have all gone to him and love his attention and focus. Only good things to say about his practice. Going to make a maintenance appointment right now.“

8341 La Mesa Blvd, La Mesa“I saw a post earlier that stated he did not know what he was doing because this person ended up having cancer.
You are not the only person who that has happened to. The same thing happened to my girlfriend of many years. She reported issues with her joints and her hips, knees, and back and was treated by a chiropractor. Until she went to the correct doctor (oncology, where they drew blood, and did the proper exams for cancer) she would have never found out that she had Stage 4 Metastatic Breast Cancer because other doctors are not necessarily trained to look at other things surrounding the reported issues. They are just now getting data that makes them smarter to look in other areas as your issue was seven years ago and all that data was not available to link the aches and pains to cancer.
A chiropractor is not an oncologist, and would not know what to look for when it came to cancer so you can't discredit him because he did not know that you had cancer. What he does know is Chiropractics.
Dr. Melvin truly understands this field. I sustained injuries from a car accident, and instead of going in cracking bones, like most chiropractors, he looked at my muscular profile, as well as my skeletal. He was the third of three chiropractors that I saw, and was the only one who properly diagnosed my musculoskeletal issue and corrected it via heat imaging and chiropractics.“
