“This review is way overdue. I hadn't had my hair cut in five years mainly because of my receding hairline and the fear that if I cut my hair it would look even thinner. I decided to get a shag haircut. With some research I decided to book with Justine. She fit me in a week before Christmas. Justine gave me the best haircut I have ever had! My hair looks thicker, hides my hairline and is so easy to style. I have restored confidence and feel like a rock star! Justine was a blast, too, which made the time fly by! It's now time to go back for my bang trim.“

“I visited Kim last week for a haircut appointment. Such a cute, welcoming and extremely clean salon in the heart of La Mesa. Kim fixed me a cup of coffee that I enjoyed while waiting for her to finish her last client. She sat down and took the time with me to ask several questions about what I loved and didn't love about my hair. She then began my service with an amazing neck and shoulder massage. The shampoo then was another wonderful massage. My haircut was exactly what we discussed when finished. I will return again and again for such personal and detailed attention!“

“I went to Chanel’s Hair Boutique for the first time this week. The boutique was clean and organized and the owner Alexis and her mom were so friendly and welcoming. Mylen gave me a rezo cut transformation and rezo lites. She was AMAZING!! She listened to everything I asked and was very professional throughout the whole process. She truly found the highlight that fit my complexion and I can’t stop looking at the color!! She even taught me a styling trick that I could easily replicate at home. The cut she gave me made my curls bouncier and fuller. Overall, Mylen was a 20 out of 10 and is a master at her craft!! I can’t wait to see her again!“

She has water cups and candy.The reasons I only gave four stars:The building is not easily accessible for wheelchair access. Parking can also be hard to find if you've never been there before and you don't know how to get to it.“
“I use to go to La Jolla to have my hair done and their prices were outrageous! I was paying over $1200 (ten years ago) for hair extentions. I've never paid $1200 again! I was lucky enough to find Judy. She has so many solutions for your problems. I just started hair human hair clip-ons. Takes 10 minutes and your done. I can have different lengths, styles and colors and change my look every day.“

First session gave the basic shape and touch up appointment brought more of the details I preferred.
