I've been seeing Jess for B-12 and vitamin c injections when needed and it's such a great experience. Not only are they affordable, but Jess is so wonderful, kind and easy to schedule with. Highly recommend her services.

Jess gives the most amazing prenatal massage. I have never felt so relaxed in my life. I experienced a lot of nausea and sciatica pain in my first trimester and Jess made me feel amazing with just one massage!

Jess and Aja at Mt. Helix Midwives and Massage are incredibly experienced and talented midwives. They provided me with my dream pregnancy and birth experience by supporting my goals, tending to my needs with compassion, and taking great care in all of their work. Every single appointment was conducted professionally while displaying the love and care of a close friend. Their office on Mount helix is beautiful, warm, inviting, and the perfect space to conduct every appointment with relaxation and calm.
