“I was diagnosed with osteoarthritis in my left wrist. It came on suddenly, and the pain was so terrible that I couldn't play my violin or guitar, and that is my life! Western medicine could offer me no help whatsoever. I have always resorted in treating the cause, not the symptoms with drugs or surgery. My MD told me that acupuncture would be of no help. Melanie has proved her wrong! The pain doesn't wake me up at night any longer, I have more mobility, and the swelling is almost gone! There is music coming from my strings and my heart again!“

“I had never had any experience with Acupuncture. My doctor suggested I try acupuncture, I was a little nervous as I am not a fan of needles, let alone multiples. I called a few acupuncturists one of which was Joie de Vivre Acupuncture with Stephane Willer. Stephane did not have an immediate availability. Although a couple of other Acupuncturists did have immediate availability I did not get a great feeling talking to them, certainly not the welcoming and at ease felling I got from Stephane. I decided I would wait the couple of weeks to see Stephane and I am glad I did. After the first meeting Stephane was able to get me in on a weekly rotation and I stayed for about 6-months.
