We used them through our home warranty (AHS) to fix our AC unit. We got an appointment set up within ONE working day- in the middle of summer! Zaid was professional and thorough and I really appreciated that he explained everything he was doing and gave me advice on cleaning filters etc for the future.
Our AC unit was acting up and the first company wanted to replace the whole system. Got a second opinion and this engineer ripped it apart and located a defective part in about an hour. Since then our system has been running without any hiccups and we have not had to bear any unneeded expenditures.
John sold and installed the new air conditioner unit and for the last few years has been reliable, professional and knowledgeable about servicing and maintaining it. We had a frustrating experience with another company before calling Rob at Primary Mechanical. The first company came out and suggested that we likely had a leak, but their solution was to simply add refrigerant, which they said would 'hold us over' through the cold season. They charged us $200 per pound of refrigerant, filling the unit with 7 lbs, and the total bill came to $1,500. Unfortunately, the heater only worked for one day before it broke again by Monday. When we called the same company back, they recommended installing a new unit for around $1,500.
That’s when we decided to reach out to Rob at Primary Mechanical. From the moment we discussed the issue with him, we felt at ease. Rob reassured us that he had a leak detector and could likely pinpoint the issue without resorting to replacing the unit. He told us that he always prefers to repair rather than upsell, and only recommends a new unit if a repair is completely impossible. True to his word, Rob found the leak within 30 minutes, diagnosed the issue, and shared a clear estimate for the repair.
Within just 2 1/2 hours, the repair was complete, and our unit was running like new. We couldn’t be more impressed with Rob and the Primary Mechanical team. They were honest, prompt, and professional every step of the way. It's clear they are experts in their field, and they genuinely care about helping their customers (and keeping them WARM!) We are so grateful for their excellent service and highly recommend them to anyone in need of HVAC help.

Voyager Plumbing’s scheduling process was very smooth and their office staff, William, was very easy to work with. Their technician, Francisco, was personally on top of the entire repair work from inspecting the problem, describing the issue, estimating the work, scheduling the appointment, to fixing the problem. Francisco was very responsive to my calls, and patiently answered my questions every time when I called him. He did a great job in fixing the problem. Daniel was dispatched late on a Saturday to help me identify the source of a significant leak in my condominium in Carmel Mountain Ranch. I later learned that my home was actually outside his normal service area, but given the urgency of the situation, he came out anyway. That alone spoke volumes to me about his dedication, integrity, and commitment to customer service.
Once he arrived, Daniel was incredibly helpful. He quickly assessed the situation, helped me understand what needed to happen next, and guided me toward getting immediate water mitigation underway—all late on a Saturday evening. He was supportive throughout the process and even tried to help me contact my upstairs neighbors, whose unit ultimately turned out to be the source of the leak.
What impressed me most was that Daniel's concern didn't end when he left my home. He followed up with me later during the mitigation process just to make sure I was being taken care of. That kind of service is rare.

I've been going to Daryl Kennedy styles for about a year now. I've been very happy with the quality and consistency of the haircuts from Darel. I enjoy all his barber shop memorabilia and history. He's personable, funny AND delivers a great haircut. I recommend calling ahead for an appointment.
Though I only get my haircut, this is a full service salon. Color, sytles and nails.
Side note: Darel is an avid gardener. I don't think he's ever met a flower he didn't like.

I use to go to the La Mesa location but tried here and WOW! The beds have bulbs that are regularly changed and NO bulbs out(especially for months at a time).... Employees are super friendly and knowledgeable. I drive an extra 20 minutes to this location and totally worth it!

My 7 year old daughter and I had an awesome experience with Anna at the La Jolla location. We took the whole family of 5 with us, including her little bros. We were initially intimidated when we saw it was inside a tattoo parlor but when you step inside it feels clean, spacious, and comfortable. They were able to take us in as a walk in. Anna was superb! She was very friendly and patient with all our questions and took her time to make sure everything was aligned. She was very honest as well, I thought one of my ear piercing holes had closed and was going to get it repierced but she told me I actually don't need to and helped get an earring through, hooray!
My daughter and I are so happy with the results and got thorough instructions on how to maintain our piercings. It is on the pricey side for kids but worth the comfortable environment imo. Thank you Anna!

During the panel upgrade, Smith Electrical coordinated everything with SDG&E and the City of Chula Vista. They even had additional staff managing traffic in front of our house to ensure our neighbors could safely pass through while the work was being completed.

I honestly wasn’t sure about this company at first. I selected them based on their positive Yelp reviews and my initial email exchange with them was fantastic regarding the project I wanted completed. Then they were a no-show on the agreed-to appointment date. I wasn’t very happy about the missed appointment and immediately thought “typical contractor” but I reached out to their office and discovered it was an honest mistake where my previous email thread on Yelp regarding the appointment didn’t get on the schedule with the front office. Teresa was very quick to rectify the situation and was able to get an electrician out within a couple of days and even offered me a 10% discount for the inconvenience. Great customer service and an immediate solution. I have now used Anson Electric twice and both times the electricians did a great job, they are friendly, show up when they say they will, and their prices are fair and reasonable. I’m so glad I didn’t let a simple scheduling mistake cloud my judgement because I’m very happy with their service and will use them again whenever I need an electrician.
Pacific was recommended by the contractor that originally installed our HVAC units, but has since retired. I knew he would point me in the right direction and he did! I e-mailed Pacific Refrigeration late in the day with the make & model number of our Rheem HVAC unit, explained the issue and let them know that it's not an emergency, just send a tech when one is in our neighborhood. The next morning we got a call stating a tech could be here in an hour, so I stated that would work. Within the hour, Dean showed up ready to work. He quickly diagnosed the problem as a bad relay switch and that he had one with him. In no time at all, he had the new relay installed, the unit buttoned back up and was complete. Dean was very professional, courteous and diligent. After such a positive experience, I would highly recommend Pacific Refrigeration.

Owner, Jason of San Diego Footing Repair came over and went under our 1956 house with pier and posts and let us know we were in need of six additional pylons and shimming on others that were not touching. Our foundation had a crack that needed to have substance put in it and a couple of braces. He gave us a highly competitive quote (we interviewed three companies) and was professional and knowledgeable about our foundation, explaining the procedures for repairs in detail. We had an emergency sewer problem almost immediately after his visit and Michele at the office was very understanding about our timeline when we needed to address the other issue first. Michele was always available to answer our questions and was so kind to offer an understanding ear during our sewer repair emergency. Happily the day of our work was even moved up a few weeks before scheduled which we appreciated due to the holiday. Wow!! Jaw-dropping Wow! That was my reaction seeing the finished transformation after Drew and his sons worked their magic to beautify our hideous portion of driveway concrete that was sadly jackhammered and poorly patched up after the repair of a cracked and leaking PVC pipe 3 feet below the concrete. Drew recommended a stone strip pattern with a textured coat finish and neutral coloring to match our landscape. We asked if adding a monogram as an accent was a possibility, and Drew was willing to take on the challenge. With his exquisite penmanship , he made it our own and gave it such unique character. Great service! Kelly and Justin were the third pest control company I invited to my home for a termite inspection. Their inspection was thorough and the price they offered very affordable. So, last week I was running errands when I noticed the Twin Termite vehicle next to me. I had to do a double take because the day before I was saying to a friend that I need to find a termite company. As soon as I made my stop I called the company and set an appointment. This morning Trevor was at my home about 15mins early, which was perfect because I had things to do. You know how you get that good vibe feeling when you meet someone, well that’s how it was with Trevor. As I female, it was so good to get that good vibe feeling when a total stranger comes to do work in your home
He did a thorough inspection both inside and out, shared some useful tips due to the previous jobs he had, and was super thoughtful with that good energy. Twin Termite was the 6th maybe 7th company I contacted(shhhh I didn’t tell Trevor), but I have a feeling that Twin Termite is the one I will be using and I’ll definitely pass them on to my neighbors as well, since we’ve all been trying to find a termite company that won’t BS you and be upfront. Trevor was pretty solid like that posts supporting your home and his energy was all positive.
If you’re looking for a termite company with no BS-ing, Twin Termite is the one for you and I hope you’ll get Trevor as your inspector because he’s solid like a post. I’ll for sure have follow up post after the job is complete.

I have an older craftsman home that was vacant for repairs a couple of months. When new tenants moved in we found that 5 mice had also moved in. All rodents were trapped within a two weeks max. My experiences at Rancho San Diego Dental Group have been nothing less than exemplar. Preface to say I have been going to this practice since 2008, perhaps even before. The original practice dentist was retiring and made it his mission to get the finest group to take over his practice. He did just that and more. Rancho San Diego Dental not only has the most incredible and acclaimed general and cosmetic dentistry practice with Dr. Christensen at the helm, an impeccable and highly acclaimed periodontist and implant specialist (Dr. Brislin), and has a pediatric dentist. One could not ask for more, having had to utilize for major implant surgeries, encompassing upper and lower implants. The many of the staff have been there since the original dentists owned the practice and several are a big reason I will travel several miles to continue to come here. Even if you have an emergency over a weekend you always get an immediate return call from the doctor from the practice who is on call. None can compare to the state of the art technology at this office and the best team of doctors and amazing and friendly staff. They make you feel like family and you feel right at home. Who can say that about going to a dentist?! You want a beautiful smile and/or want your smile back, this is your place. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

New patients review here - for myself and my 12 year old son. I have gone to chiropractors most of my adult life and I have to say- this man knows what he is doing! So much that I trust him to also adjust my kiddo as well after he injured him self playing baseball. I am ever so grateful to find an excellent chiropractor who is close by and also makes room for last minute appointments when you are in severe pain. I had a froze up lower back after horseback ridding all day, so I came in for some stim therapy and an adjustment and I was almost pain free immediately! Dr Moyer's office staff is also very nice and accommodating. The office is very clean and I also appreciate the usage of soft towels on your exam tables and not scratchy tissue paper like every other chiropractor I have been to will use. Oh! They also have an amazing therapy room will different devices to help you out - the roller table is AMAZING and my 12 year old literally falls asleep on it! We used to go to another local vet but they could never get us in and were horrible about returning our phone calls. So we switched to singing hills and are so happy we did. We have 5 pets and live in the country so there is always a pet who is having a problem. Singing hills has always been there for us. They get us in right away. We’ve never heard “sorry we just can’t see them” they always have got us in. And they are reasonable. They talk through all options with us and don’t force high priced treatments on us. I recently brought my cat, James, to this veterinary hospital for a heart scan after he was diagnosed with a grade 3 heart murmur. At the very beginning, there was a small hiccup with scheduling — I was told I would receive a call back, and after a few days I hadn’t heard anything. I ended up reaching out via email, and once I did, everything completely turned around.
From that point on, the care and communication were exceptional. The team was extremely apologetic about the delay and truly went above and beyond to make sure I felt supported and informed every step of the way. They followed up before and after the appointment, answered all of my questions thoroughly, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire process.
I especially want to give a huge shout-out to Justine, who took incredible care of me and James. She went above and beyond to ensure we had a positive experience and genuinely made up for that initial misstep. Her kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail made a stressful situation so much easier.

My golden retriever had a large skin tag on his elbow that was starting to get irritated and change color. I went to my main vet Feathers and Fur in La Mesa and they wanted to charge me over 3,000 dollars for removal. Instead I went to El Cajon Valley vet hospital and they removed the skin tag and stitched it up in under an hour total. For 265 dollars. Yes I said 265 dollars for visit and removal. Great atmosphere and even better service. 10/10 recommend. Now my pup is recovering, and my bank account isn’t empty lol.
I love this place! I called and was able to get my dog in on the same day. They were very attentive. They asked alot of questions and had samples of the fur lengths. They did a great job! They even brushed his teeth! Henry came out very happy.
They were able to get my overgrown Nala in immediately, on 4/6/26, and they did the best job she's ever had! And thats because they listened, and did what I asked. We will definitely be back in 2.5 months. Thank you!

Peggy is absolutely wonderful! She takes time to find out how you and your body is doing before she even begins her treatment, making sure she is attacking the right areas with the right oils and massage. He office is very quiet and calm and nicely appointed. You feel very comfortable being there. I always leave feeling so much better than when I first walked in the door. Her prices are right in line with the industry and her software never asks for tips when you check out with your CC. I recommend her highly!

They turned out to not just show me the right moves to help me, but also to offer professional up to date information and consistent treatment advice based on solid knowledge and experience. I can't recommend Joel's Holistic Center enough! I started coming about 7–8 weeks ago for weekly acupuncture and massage treatments, and the difference has been incredible. Before I started, my upper and lower back pain was consistently around a 7 or 8 out of 10. Now, it's down to about a 2, and I feel so much better.
Dr. Heidi is amazing. She is knowledgeable, caring, and takes the time to really listen and tailor each treatment to what your body needs. The entire office has such a peaceful, calming atmosphere that helps you relax the moment you walk in.
My treatments are covered through the VA, but from what I've seen, their pricing seems very reasonable for the level of care they provide.. If you're dealing with chronic pain or just looking for a holistic approach to wellness, I highly recommend Joel's Holistic Center!

This place is amazing!! At first I was very skeptical and didn’t believe in acupuncture yet now I’ve been coming here since last year I believe. Originally I came here just for stress, digestion and sleep. However, I also suffered with my heavy and long periods and after 3 months of a couple sessions, after 10 years of suffering and just being given iron and Tylenol the acupuncturist fixed it. My periods are now shorter and the flow reduced greatly and I have been able to live my life much better. Not only that, my mom used to go to physical therapy/doctor, to treat her pain and never progressed until she came here!!! Now even my dad comes here and sleeps much better!! This is such an amazing place and as someone who is afraid of needles and was skeptical at first, this place will change you positively and it’s natural!!

Wow, I cannot say enough about Mary. I am a nervous parent, and having a teenage driver has really upped my level of anxiety. Mary was able to help me realize that my son is a good driver, while teaching him important safety and driving expectations. He passed his driving test with 100%, no errors. I actually had to ask another employee at the DMV just to make sure lol. Mary was truly a joy to work with, and my son felt completely at ease with her. I highly recommend her!
