I came in to buy my son's first necklace — he loved it right away. Unfortunately, it broke not long after. I wasn’t too worried since we had a warranty and the same salesperson who helped us originally was there, so I expected a simple solution.
However, when I explained that my son had tugged on the chain to test its durability (just like the salesperson had demonstrated), things took a turn. He was dismissive and instead offered to sell me the exact same chain again at half price. That didn’t sit right with me. Eventually, he agreed to take the necklace in for a repair and said it would be ready in a few days.
When I returned, his brother Omar was there instead. Totally different vibe — chill, understanding, and professional. The experience with Omar honestly felt like night and day. I told him I’d leave a review to reflect the service, and this is me keeping that promise.

My another place to go for hair cut. The only problem is that the parking. No easy access parking, need to look around on the street to find one if ur lucky. Side street parking is not that easy too. Other than that, the shop is clean and the Barbers is easy to deal with and i always got my hair cut that i want.

Came in for a walk in got seated quick and immediately got to work, I got Carlos and bro did not rush he took his time straightening out everything making sure everything's lined up, no un-even parts, everything was equally faded and lined up. It took about 40 minutes which is not bad at all and was about $30 for the cut. Highly recommend definitely my go to place now. 10/10.

I enjoyed my meni/pedi, reasonably priced and following all CDC guidelines. Love my technician she spent her time on my nails and was very efficient. I’d go again. I would say book your appointment in advance to avoid waiting.

This is the place to get pampered! I have been Gemma's client for years, and every single time she is is a delight. She has transformed my lashes from short to sultry. She gave me a haircut that perfectly flatters my features, and delivered on the hair color that I asked for. She listens with genuine care, offered avant-garde style suggestions, and made the entire experience incredibly relaxing and enjoyable. I can’t praise Gemma enough—she’s a true artist in every sense. They seem to want to get everyone that walks in and calls into a customer as soon as possible. That's fine though considering they are still relatively new. I wanted to get a massage from here since the very first day it opened. If you don't show up on time, they will call you and remind you of going there (even if you didn't give them your number) They changed their name from King Spa to Serenity. They seem very nice. They accept short notice appointments which is very good. What I really liked about it was she actually asked me ahead of time, "do you want gentle or hard?" I said medium and she was OK with that. This place is sooooo much better than "So Relax" at the mall. She asked me to take off my clothes, and she left the room and closed it for privacy, then came back and gave me a massage. (Don't worry about her seeing your junk as you will be draped with a sheet there. But they massage ur moobs, so girls, if u don't want them to massage ur boobs, let them know ahead of time) She did a very good job. She did make negative comments like, "you have a big stomach" but nothing major and when I said, "um, sorry?" she said "it's OK" and was nice again. They massage you all the way from your head to your toes.. literally.. cuz I got a head massage with this too. They accept credit cards. The only real problem, that isn't all that bad, is that they expect a $10 minimum tip. When I tried tipping $4 (I didn't have any cash on me except that) she refused to sign my "Buy 10 massages, get the 11th free" card cuz I didn't tip full price. So be warned that when you get a massage here, EXPECT to pay $10+ as a tip. Other than that great and excellent massage place and I would love to go here again. And I will give her the rest of the tip for my 1st time there when I go to that little market area again.

i've called jerry & sons plumbers on three separate occasions for different problems. last year, they skillfully fixed a broken bathtub faucet that a general handyman service couldn't manage to repair. just recently, they effectively handled a frozen, cracked pipe in my national city yard. they've consistently been quick and responsive, and their pricing is always reasonable. troy and the rest of the team offer excellent, friendly customer service every time, and the quality of their plumbing work is top-notch. i strongly recommend them!

SAVED US THOUSANDS. Had another plumber come out and advised that we had roots in our pipes. Said they would need to take out part of the floor and wall in 2 places, do major work and we would need to redo the floor and wall after they were done. Was going to be between $8-12k. Called MVP Rooter for a second opinion and they were able to find the issue was easily fixed just by pulling the roots out by hand. Had us back in operations in less than 30 minutes and fixed a toilet that had been broken for years while he was at it. I will ONLY call MVP Rooter from now on. I would highly recommend their service.

The staff at Yellow Glove is simply amazing. As a General Contractor, it is imperative we use high quality vendors and sub-contractors to get the job done correctly. When an issue arose and we needed a general cleaning done at a vacant store ASAP, Yellow Glove came out promptly and completed the job to satisfactory. When an unfortunate incident occurred during the cleaning, they helped in every way possible. We couldn't be more grateful for the hard work and dedication their team put into this job. Guadalupe's team did an amazing job! I had not had my house professionally cleaned in over a year so I know it was a lot of work. These ladies did a great job throughout the house cleaning from floor to ceiling in every room. They were courteous and friendly and they let me know upon arrival that I was need more time since my house had not been cleaned in a while but going forward that I could expect to keep it at 2 hours since I would be on a regular schedule. I was happy to pay for the extra time and they used every minute scrubbing and cleaning. I am so happy with the results and to be back on a regular cleaning schedule.. Thank you for doing an amazing job! Scheduled can be done by text and is hassle free. For a 2 hour cleaning you will have 3 people cleaning so it is convenient and a great value!
