“Was dealing with significant pain in right trap and lat for a couple weeks. Chantel dedicated prob 60 min of a 90 min session to these problem areas. Session was intense, no shortage of pressure and had to breathe through a lot of it. Next day was sore, but two days later (today) no more pain. Zero. Got my full range of motion in neck and shoulder back. Incredible. She also found my psoas on my right side was extremely tight and potentially a root cause. She recommended working this area more and then supplementing with a home stretching device which I’ve been doing now and it’s been great.“

She was very knowledgeable and helped me figure out the exercises I needed as well as how to incorporate them in an existing routine. Plus her analysis and recommendations pretty much were spot on with what my doctor said post MRI. She was also realistic about how much I could do myself versus having to go into therapy for.

“This was my first massage so I was really nervous and not sure what to expect, the moment I walked in and said hello they immediately shushed me, I was a bit taken aback but I figured they had other guest. They then guided me to a room and left me there even though I had questions because once again I've never gotten a massage before, I'm not sure of the guys name but I think he did I pretty good job, I've had back issues for years and I walked out of there feeling less stiff than I have felt in years, the hot oil was hot and so was the hot towel, the hot stones were a bit warmer than expected but cooled off pretty quickly.“
