“This was one of the best massages ever. Max is fabulous. He has a very calming energy and helped me feel really comfortable. He asked me many questions to make sure the massage was being directed the right way and works with many different modalities, including pressure points with deep tissue which I loved. And, as someone else said, Max is definitely not a cookie-cutter masseuse. He knows what he's doing and does it really well. I'll be definitely recommending him and plan to go back.“

“I've been looking for a new massage therapist for a long time and I'm so happy I met Krista. She's knowledgeable, personable and very professional. For my first time in, she asked me a series of questions to get to know my personality a little better and asked if I had any areas where I was experiencing pain or tightness. I use to get very expensive massages at a high end day spa downtown but those do not compare to Krista's massage. The room is comfortable with quiet, relaxing music and the table has a heater that's just the right temperature to help me unwind. She used aromatherapy, hot stones and hot towels throughout the massage which was wonderful and felt AMAZING. I loved how she spent time on my feet as well as other massage therapists just skim over that area and don't work on the little joints in there. She also includes a short scalp massage at the end of the service. I definitely enjoyed the one-on-one experience more than a busy, loud day spa. I can't wait to go back and feel rejuvenated!“

It has to do with Physical Therapy and each time I go for treatment, I find myself becoming a part of the team because the therapist are so organized and they know which exercises will benefit methe most. The team looks to see if I fully understand what I need to do before each exercise and whether I can repeat the correct way when I return for my next session.Everyone is kind and I can't help but feel more confident of myself and what I have achieved.
