Straight Shooter is a great group and are very professional! They were very responsive/quick on scheduling a survey, going over the requested services, scheduling the install, showing me and explaining to me the install, testing everything, cleaning up after themselves, and handling the financials. Mike did a great job with the survey and going over the different options and going over the value of the install/service. The final pricing of the services were explained very well and the overall effort was above-and-beyond! Ryan, Mario, and Frankie were very thorough, came very-well prepared for the install, and made sure everything was successfully operational before leaving. They did it all in a very timely manner, showed that they cared for their quality of the install/product, and were very polite. Brittany and Sandy were also very helpful in assisting with the financials and making sure the payments were taken care of correctly. Would definitely recommend this team for all HVAC services! Definitely will keep their point of contact for all future services/projects!

I had a pretty extreme situation with lashes that had been previously applied wrong at a different salon, and Haley was so amazing and so helpful to get me in and to help fix the whole mess that was going on. After having my lashes done by Haley I was absolutely shocked at how flawless they look and how much cleaner they look. She really is so sweet and amazing! Definitely go to her for any lash needs!!Update: I have been going here for quite some time now, and she is a miracle worker! I had a clarifying facial done, and all you need to know is that you need to book one as soon as you can, she is so gentle and amazing! Absolute must for sure, and don't even get me started with her lashing skills, they are phenomenal. You literally could not pay me to go to anyone else for facials or lashes.

Kathryn was great! I have gotten waxes done in multiple locations over the years and have never had such a pleasant experience as my times here. It can be sort of an awkward ordeal to get waxed by someone but she makes you as comfortable as possible. Professional and very friendly. Quick service but still the most thorough wax. And to top it off, it was the least painful wax I’ve had. She also gave advice on aftercare that helped avoid any irritation. Thanks, again, Kathryn. I’ll be back 👍

No frills, but I don't need or want anything fancy. Every barber there has cut my hair exactly as I ask them to, and too often that has not been my experience with other barbers. And the price is as good as you will find.

Coming from a professional licensed nail manicurist myself, I really like this place. A pedicure with 2 add ons (exfoliating salt scrub and callus remover) was 45$ even. Such a reasonable price considering it’s cheaper without those add ons. I will say I wish they had more color variety in regular polish. I appreciated that they didn’t try to upsell me from what I wanted. I like that they’re open on Mondays. They were gentle while clipping and the work was clean. A lot of places don’t use the right tools that we’re taught to use but this is the only place I’ve noticed they follow protocol. I secretly noticed that their state board pedicure logs were up to date and the area was clean. Workers were polite and efficient. I highly recommend. I will be a repeating customer from now on. Just a reminder, they don’t accept tips on card so you’ll have to bring cash or use Venmo!

I go to Cris for manicures and he is an amazing, freehand nail artist! Always nails it (pun intended), even I don't have a design in mind myself. He remembers what you like and don't like, and I really appreciate that! I go to Tina for pedicures, and she is fast but takes good care of you!
Cindy and Sophie are also wonderful! Again, everyone here is very sweet, and it's always fun to chat with all the nail techs while they work. Regulars are always welcomed by name and they give you a small complimentary bottle of water. I love the overall vibe and the salon itself is so cute! Highly recommend this salon.

Karissa is awesome, I don’t want to get my hair cut anywhere else. She also dyed and colored my girlfriend’s hair on a separate occasion and she states it’s the best haircut and style she’s ever had.

My esthetician moved to Arizona and I was long over do so It was my first appointment with Savannah, Speed is always great but not when it comes at the expense of quality, she not only provided me with a quality service she did it quickly, I left smooth and not a single hair left to see. As we couldn't decide on changing to electric or staying with gas, Justin was very patient and answered all our questions. Robert installed a new hot water heater in my garage. Timely response on the old leaking unit, determined we had a couple days time to replace, came back with new unit, installed quickly and efficiently with a reasonable price tag. What more can you ask for? Probably my 5th plumbing job with Robert and his customer service and quality of work and value on cost never wavers.
I was on the fence about leaving 4 stars, but the the more i thought about it, the good far outweighed the bad.
The day before Thanksgiving my water heater busted. Blake came out, gave a great price for a tank less water heater. Their crew finished the job same day and we were up and running for the holiday.
Now the bad... (more of an annoyance)
They left a 3 inch hole in my wall, where they ran the power line. I just wish they held onto the puck they drilled out so i could easily fix it. They also ran the condensation drain pipe directly in front of my front door. I didn't realize it would drip a half quart of water every shower.
Now the great. I called Blake and he came right out and installed a pump that returned the water to my laundry drain for a very nominal fee. Customer service is top notch. Blake and happy plumbing are my new go to.

We have 2 Tesla's and rely on charging at home. We were trickle charging for a while but it wasn't always enough getting only 5miles an hour. We discovered we had a bigger outlet but when we started charging the breaker would trip and stop charging. We Called Doug with Bingham Electric. He is highly recommended on social media and have had many friends recommend him. Doug came out the next day and upgraded our breaker. He also inspected all wiring to make sure everything was working great. We now get level 2 charging. Doug was on time and very professional. He is honest and very reasonably priced. I highly recommend Doug for all your electrical needs.

Our carpet got soaked from a bathroom overflow and the water spread into the walk-in closet and bedroom, so we called Friendly Hands Carpet Care on a Friday night hoping for help the next morning. nathan called back within 30 minutes, which was a big relief. When he arrived, he was prompt, professional, and very careful in checking the wet carpet, baseboards, and affected areas. he explained the carpet cleaning and water extraction process in simple terms, answered our questions, and the pricing was fair. The moisture was removed from the carpet and walls, and he made sure the area looked clean and refreshed again. i really appreciated how thorough and efficient the service was, and our carpet looked almost like new afterward. we would absolutely recommend this service to anyone in Santee needing carpet cleaning and water damage help.

I had to replace the main water line under the driveway, contacted Titan Cont. the owner Joe was very helpful, discussed to break the driveway and wait for plumber to finish then coming back to pour concrete with very reasonable price. Dustin Turley was the manager in charge of removing our old driveway and replacing it in November, 2021. The driveway is over 400 feet long and was in very bad condition. Dustin said it would take a week to remove and replace the asphalt. It did. His crew was efficient, careful with plants and a stucco wall with imbedded tiles along the driveway, and very courteous. Water from our next door neighbor drains downhill across the driveway, and Dustin had a concrete swale poured for the runoff that works beautifully. We just had the driveway sealed after postponing during all the rain this year and again to remove a huge mulch pile from our tree work in June. The work was scheduled twice this month and it rained the day before - in August - each time. Dustin worked with us to schedule a day convenient for us and our neighbors who also use the driveway. Again, Dustin's crew did an excellent and careful job. This work took less than half a day. The driveway looks brand new. We had received bids from other companies that quoted very different costs and were difficult to understand. Dustin's estimate was clear and he answered many questions before the original work. He responded promptly then and now and was a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend.

I was recommended Jake and his company after complaining about the ants to a friend. We were constantly battling the ants every morning and night, after a 10 hour shift at work, nobody wants to come home and clean up ants. We had used another company last summer but had no improvement. This time we have seen zero ants since Jake has sprayed which was 1 month ago. I was skeptical how long it would last as we are right on the canyon but so far so good! It was easy to schedule the service and he was kind.
We will definitely be scheduling again with Jake from here on out.
We had our house inspected because when we went to sell my mother’s house in 2024, we found she had termites. We had Xtermite come out last year and they treated areas with their orange oil product. I am extremely sensitives to chemicals, so this is why we went with this company. I had only a slight issue with the orange oil. We recently did a follow up. The first time I believe outside areas of damage might have been overlooked. This time we had Kyle and he was extremely thorough and asked to look into doing some repairs to the fascia boards. I would highly recommend this company if you are looking for a low chemical solution. BTW my mother’s neighbor is the person who recommended us to them and he had used them for years. I am extremely grateful that there is a company that uses more natural products that are good for us and the environment!!!
Execellent service and good overall experience with Powell. Recently bought a new home and had Powell as a second opinion. The inspection found several issues the other company hadnt. But Powells repair estimate was still less, the work was completed and they were happy to explain what they were doing. Was completed on time and looked execellent. Would definately use Powell again. Jason put in a walkway to our gate and landscaped an area in front of our house.
The walkway is stable, level and straight. He finished the walkway area with river rock over permeable cloth. It is just what we wanted. In the front of the house he did easy care decomposed granite with stabilizer over a layer of wire and permeable fabric. It definitely gives our house a bright and open look. We love it and have already received multiple compliments from neighbors and persons driving by. He’s the business to call for quality work.

Amazing place to get a cleaning and checkup! Super friendly staff, relaxing atmosphere in the front, and the rooms aren’t so close together and cramped like some offices can be. The lady took super great care at cleaning my sensitive teeth, and was patient with me every time I jerked and spat water (oops). Doctor was very nice and thorough with his examination and gave really great explanations on options for my teeth (fix my bridge; crown a tooth). I’ll definitely come back to this place! Everyone was so nice, thorough, and friendly, including of course the receptionist.
They were all respectful, good at their jobs, and Dr. Fossett helped a ton. He's respectful, doesn't try to push me for the most expensive solution, looks at what makes sense, knows what he's talking about, and he's oddly normal for a dentist.
I’m a new patient with Dr Thacker, recommended to me by a coworker. I’ve already been in the office 3 times and let me just say I have a huge fear of the dentist I haven’t been to the dentist in over 10 years. From Karen at the front, Candace the dental hygienist, and Sadie (all that I’ve communicated with), to Dr Thacker himself they all make my experience less scary. Dr Thacker explains in full detail of what he will be doing to the actual procedure and even during he’s walking through what he’s doing, not to mention the most gentle dentist I’ve EVER experienced. What I went through in the past is zero communication with what’s going on only making my anxiety worse and I think I can safely say I don’t have that anymore. He even take pictures of my teeth of the before and after procedure and I’m just happy with what I’m experiencing so far. I look forward to keeping my teeth clean and healthy. Final thing is that there is absolutely zero pressure to doing what you’re not comfortable doing he is very conservative and only gives you what NEEDS to be done as to what HAS to be done. I’m so happy with Dr Thacker and his practice.
I have only had good experiences with Dr. Roman's office (save on horrific hygienist who tortured me). The office staff is polite and helpful and Willie is the best hygienist ever!

Went today for lower back pain. First time to a chiropractor in years. I’m a big guy and not easy to manipulate. Gabe made some adjustments and instant relief. I signed up for the one month plan.
We got a puppy after being pet free for many years. We were very concerned about finding a good veterinary clinic. The vets we had for our first two dogs had retired and we tried two different clinics with our last dog, and we're not happy with the care at all.
We are so happy to have our new puppy under the care of the staff at Jamacha Pet Vets. You can just tell they love animals. All the techs had an instant connection with Hannah and Dr. Wettergren was great. She gave us lots of good information and explained things well.

Went to Vetco was totally amazed! Dr. CAMILA DE Andino is kind, sweet and personable. She got on the floor with my old dog and gave her a hug they treated me and my dog so well! I'm super thankful my vet started raising prices so high ... I was forced to go to vetco. Best vet ever! Reception was kind. Vet tech was amazing. The office is clean. People stop by to say hello. Good vibes and an all around A+++++ I highly recommend taking you pets there!
