Brittany did a fantastic job helping me get back on track from a rotator cuff issue. She was very knowledgeable and helped me figure out the exercises I needed as well as how to incorporate them in an existing routine. Plus her analysis and recommendations pretty much were spot on with what my doctor said post MRI. She was also realistic about how much I could do myself versus having to go into therapy for.
The rest of the staff was amazing as well, and the entire place had good vibes! I highly recommend this place if you're ready to do the work the right way to feel better.

I rehabbed here with Erwin, Brittany and others for my torn Achilles / full repair surgery and they got me back to playing competitive soccer with confidence. The team felt like family.
