About Rehab United - La Mesa
Rehab United's La Mesa location offers a range of services including physical therapy, massage therapy, vestibular therapy, blood flow restriction training, and fitness. Their physical therapists and coaches use the principles of Applied Functional Science to treat the root causes of conditions, not just the symptoms. They have helped hundreds of thousands of people, including those who have pulled muscles, such as a hamstring, and have seen significant improvements in strength and health. Many clients appreciate the caring and professional team, with some mentioning how they received personalized plans and tools to continue progress at home. The family-owned atmosphere and the encouragement from staff make Rehab United La Mesa a trusted place for recovery and improved well-being.
Brittany did a fantastic job helping me get back on track from a rotator cuff issue. She was very knowledgeable and helped me figure out the exercises I needed as well as how to incorporate them in an existing routine. Plus her analysis and recommendations pretty much were spot on with what my doctor said post MRI. She was also realistic about how much I could do myself versus having to go into therapy for.
The rest of the staff was amazing as well, and the entire place had good vibes! I highly recommend this place if you're ready to do the work the right way to feel better.
10 stars. The Rehab United methodology is outstanding. They are highly knowledgeable in advanced sports injury and recovery techniques. I rehabbed here with Erwin, Brittany and others for my torn Achilles / full repair surgery and they got me back to playing competitive soccer with confidence. The team felt like family. Thanks RU team!
I went to Rehab United for a stubborn case of plantar fasciitis. Plantar fasciitis is notoriously slow to heal, and there are no quick fixes! When I started I couldn't walk more than a mile, and my feet bothered me at night, but after several months of therapy, I'm back to hiking as long as I want, walking and scuba diving without pain and sleeping without discomfort.
I'd recommend their therapy to anyone who needs help with a musculoskeletal problem. They're very kind, upbeat and encouraging. But be warned: they WILL make you work hard, and they expect you to do your assigned exercises, and if you do, you are likely to improve and heal.
