This vet's office is like going to a neighborhood meeting spot. I've never walked in and sat quietly by myself, waiting to be called. Everyone I meet there, from staff to other pet parents, are just so extremely friendly and engaging. I've literally exchanged numbers with strangers to try and rehome pets from folks who have lost loved ones and inherited their four legged companions. It's a small joint, but they definitely have a lot of loyal customers.
Knowledgable staff, explain procedures well, easy to get ahold of if I have questions. Twice they were able to get me in same-day when my dog had concerning issues. I was very appreciative!
Had a scheduled appointment on Friday for my cat. It was a great experience and the price of everything was extremely reasonable.
The next day we had a very unexpected emergency with our cat and they handled it like champs. Explained they were booked but could do lab work still and have a technician look at it.
Greatly appreciated the transparency and the care for my cat.
