Al was fantastic! Communication and scheduling were quick and easy, he arrived on time, and got our carpets done faster than expected. He even offered to redo a room to make sure it was perfect. I had an exceptional experience today using this service. Al who was very professional and great customer service skills , did an excellent job scrubbing,using a buffer machine and mopping my kitchen floor . The end result is superb as the front entrance and kitchen floor looks brand new. Steve Maher
