“Was dealing with significant pain in right trap and lat for a couple weeks. Chantel dedicated prob 60 min of a 90 min session to these problem areas. Session was intense, no shortage of pressure and had to breathe through a lot of it. Next day was sore, but two days later (today) no more pain. Zero. Got my full range of motion in neck and shoulder back. Incredible. She also found my psoas on my right side was extremely tight and potentially a root cause. She recommended working this area more and then supplementing with a home stretching device which I’ve been doing now and it’s been great.”
