We always have a good experience at The Helix Pet Hospital. Dr Lorber and staff are all so attentive and patient and they take time to get to know our dog and her likes and dislikes. They get down on the floor with her and earn her trust. The staff always tell us what to expect and answer our questions.

Came because of the excellent google reviews and was not disappointed! The staff was so helpful and organized from booking the appointment, to explaining the pricing, and getting us follow-ups after.Dr. Ryan Lorber was absolutely excellent with my dog and I didn’t feel rushed when asking questions. My dog can be reactive and anxious but everyone listened and respected what actions can trigger her, Dr. Ryan sat on the floor to examine her and she relaxed immediately. I could hear how well they were handling her in the back for her blood draw (constant talking to her and praise).
