This was my first massage so I was really nervous and not sure what to expect, the moment I walked in and said hello they immediately shushed me, I was a bit taken aback but I figured they had other guest. They then guided me to a room and left me there even though I had questions because once again I've never gotten a massage before, I'm not sure of the guys name but I think he did I pretty good job, I've had back issues for years and I walked out of there feeling less stiff than I have felt in years, the hot oil was hot and so was the hot towel, the hot stones were a bit warmer than expected but cooled off pretty quickly.

Beware of getting tip shamed. I am a great tipper whether restaurants or services and definitely did not appreciate her attitude and demand for her expectation of 40% tip. Massage wasn’t all that to demand such a outrageous bonus.
