I cannot speak highly enough of the plumber (Joey) that Sitko Services sent out. He is very knowledgeable, respectful, conscientious, thorough, and takes the time to explain what he is doing in normal-person language. We also had a great experience with Lisa in the office -- she was very responsive, helpful, courteous, and willing to work with our schedule. These guys are not the cheapest plumbers in town, but we would use them again just for Joey [and Lisa]. We used Sitko for both home and a rental property and were very pleased with the work that was done. It is really really hard to find a plumber this good. So on that basis alone, I give them 5 stars.

Found Sitko Services by a referral from Pacific Coast Appliance Repair after a plumber I used often no called/no showed for a job that had an active leak. It was the BEST thing that happened! I truly cannot say enough good things about them. I have had them do a couple more things for me since their initial visit and it is A+ work. From Lisa in the office, to Brooks and Joe at the house doing the work, they make you feel comfortable and informed of the work they are doing. Will use them again without hesitation.
