Before I started, my upper and lower back pain was consistently around a 7 or 8 out of 10. Now, it's down to about a 2, and I feel so much better.

Dr. Heidi is amazing. She is knowledgeable, caring, and takes the time to really listen and tailor each treatment to what your body needs. The entire office has such a peaceful, calming atmosphere that helps you relax the moment you walk in.

My treatments are covered through the VA, but from what I've seen, their pricing seems very reasonable for the level of care they provide.. If you're dealing with chronic pain or just looking for a holistic approach to wellness, I highly recommend Joel's Holistic Center!”

I started off my journey at a different physical therapy place that I would never recommend.. felt like I wasted six sessions of PT gold. My primary care doctor redirected me to manual orthopedics, and oh my gosh, I cannot thank him enough for his research into this facility.. I started off seeing joe. After a few sessions.
He said he had an idea of what was going on, we pushed for an MRI referral from my primary care. And boy was he spot on!!!! We worked on my range of motion and getting me into a much better place, working on strength, muscle support, and getting myself into the best possible position for my next step. I've worked with many of the therapists at the office. And I cannot say anything negative about any one of them. They are also personable and great to work with.
