I had a disturbing leak and drain clog happen all at once. Chris did not hesitate to respond to my concern. He was there in less than two hours. For one guy this is not always possible but it when there is an emergency I know he'll find time. He is professional and knowledgeable and gave me any recommendations i needed to follow up.I dislike the large companies that over charge and make you wait and really act as if they do not need your business. They may not but they are in the wrong business when plumbing issues are sometimes of the highest priority.I have not need for any other plumber. CML ...most notably Chris and his son... came to my water rescue in a very timely manner. He even made time to pop over to my elderly neighbor who was also have some water issues. He put me in contact with a restoration company (wait for their review Flood Busters. haha) and am so pleased with what could of been a disaster in my home. He then came back and finished the temp fix and didn't charge me a armandaleg!! Thank you Chris and CML. Highy recommend this company for your plumming needs.

Our water heater broke and Chris was very helpful and knowledgeable in getting it replaced. Service was very quick and professional. He inspected the situation the night before and he and his team were able to get it all replaced and running the next day!
