Our AC unit was acting up and the first company wanted to replace the whole system. Got a second opinion and this engineer ripped it apart and located a defective part in about an hour. Since then our system has been running without any hiccups and we have not had to bear any unneeded expenditures.
Compared to another company we had used before, the technician from this service was prompt and knowledgeable, although I would have appreciated a more thorough explanation of the maintenance work done on our A/C. The entire process took about an hour, but it felt somewhat rushed without a clear rundown of what potential issues to watch out for in the future.
After being quoted a reasonable price, they managed to restore the portable A/C efficiently by replacing the faulty capacitor in under an hour, which was quicker than a similar service I used last summer.
