Nash, the owner, was responsive, prompt, honest in his detailed service contract, very polite and thorough in explaining the pro and cons of alternative options to replace my A/C Condenser and Evaporator .. along with his Assistant Norris, they followed through the process completely including follow-on cleanup .. highly recommending this Contractor
I highly recommend Blue Flame (Nash). He came out last night on a late emergency call and was able to diagnose and fix our AC issue. He was very friendly, professional, and took the time to explain what was going on.
He also came back today to check on the system and make sure everything was running properly, which really showed his commitment to doing the job right and taking care of his customers.
