“I recently had a pipe burst at my house and had a plumber out because I noticed a brown spot on my ceiling. Once his repair was done, I asked him whether or not I needed to rub bleach or something on the spot to prevent the spreading of mold and that's when he recommended Ultra Dry. He explained to me that the process would be handled through my home insurance, so I told him to give them a call. On that same day, Sean Clemens from Ultra Dry came and inspected things, explained the process to me, and got right on it. An asbestos test was done by the end of the day. Results were in the next day and abatement was done following that. Air quality was cleared a few days later, and drywall reconstruction and painting followed. This happened in my laundry room, so the disconnecting, moving, and reconnecting of my washer/dryer were all included and nothing was damaged or anything. As someone who had never filed a home insurance claim before, I felt like I was in good hands - and it was nice that Sean walked me through the process step-by-step. He also kept up communication with me and my claim agent as well. Just a great all-in-one service provider experience connected with a valuable network of companies to take care of every detail. Ultra Dry is a good company to work with and they partner with you and your insurance provider to get things done. I recommend them for sure!“
