Called Monday, spoke with Sharon regarding bird destroying my old fiberglass upstairs screen for over a week who was very helpful explaining that birds take screen material to build nest, and provided me with outstanding customer service, then scheduled me for Wednesday 1:30pm with Carlos. Carlos arrived promptly as agreed for the job rescreening screens of my choice in my home. Carlos went above and beyond our agreement providing me with honest, outstanding customer service all with a smile at a very reasonable price. Carlos was very professional answering all my questions rescreening 5 screens with a very nice pet screen. He meticulously and safely worked with a smile even in such tight spaces to remove old screen and install all 5 rescreened screens securely back into appropriate windows upstairs and downstairs, and made sure I had no other questions and satisfied with everything. I would definitely recommend Screenmobile of El Cajon to others and use their services again. This job included the removal and reinstallation of my regular solar panels and a pool solar tubing system; after the roof replacement, they reinstalled the pool solar tubing (even conducted some repairs) and solar panels without any issues.
