Pass2pay has been doing our backflows for about 6+ years. They actually remind me before the water district sends out the test letters to put it on the schedule for my yearly testing. As a property manager, I am responsible for a lot of tasks for commercial properties and James makes it easier for me in regards to required testing. Every once in a while, one of my little o-rings or something else will need to be replaced in order to pass. There team of testers, usually will fix it on the spot, and they call me before any repairs are done to verify.
