First time review, but second time using TNT carpet care.Troy is very professional and quick to respond.Troy successfully removed the stains from my white sofas, restored my tile & grout floor looking like new and cleaned my carpet. He showed me how much dirt and hair he removed from my carpets, a testament to his thoroughness and powerful equipment.Overall I am pleased with TNT carpet care. I have owned my home for 25 years and have tried and more than a handful of professional carpet cleaners over the years. I stayed true to one or 2, but haven't been impressed for awhile. I heard about TNT Carpet Services through our neighborhood network. Troy confirmed our appointment and arrived ready and willing to work on my carpeted areas and our tile. He committed the majority of his entire day paying attention to detail and explaining his work. Before leaving, he made sure I was completely satisfied. Troy's demeanor was professional yet personable. I absolutely will be asking for his services next time.
